Truepenny Pitstop — Restaurant in Grand Lake

My family visits Grand Lake every Labor Day Weekend, and a highlight of every year since they've opened is visiting Truepenny Pitstop. The smoothies are fantastic and a welcome healthy addition to the town. We love the emphasis on eco-friendly packaging and our nephews always have fun taking a bite out of their straws made from cornstarch. They moved this year next to the Otherside Gear + Coffee Shop, another small gem in this town, so a new bonus is that you can get your smoothie or açaí bowl and then browse some great deals on gently used outdoor gear. I haven't been to Truepenny since they moved right next to The Otherside used gear store. Today was the first visit and they did not disappoint! This spot is truly a gem for fast, healthy options in Grand Lake. While you wait for your smoothie you can go into the Otherside to take a gander at their amazing offerings or grab a beautifully crafted coffee! The atmosphere they've created together is just perfect and exactly what we needed! Can not recommend...

Truepenny is a can’t miss spot when in Grand County. Wholesome smoothies, açaí bowls, and snacks served up by a wholesome human! Blake’s intention and passion is clearly evident with the quality of food and service provided. Always great convo accompanied with the great snacks.
