This review is not intended to rate the food. It's about the service. DISCLAIMER: This review is only a fraction of my frustration.
Something SO VERY SIMPLE cannot seem to ever be performed at this location (brace yourselves people). I ALWAYS order one of many pizzas WITHOUT garlic seasoned crust. But yet SOMEHOW, it still gets delivered, seasoned with the garlic put on the pizza anyway.
Every. Single. Time.
This recent order, I tried to have faith that MAYBE they'll get it right. That was foolish. So I decided to not go through the app to "correct" the situation, which normally would give me enough points toward a free pizza. Being fed up, I called this location directly, asked for the manager. I stated the situation, and asked if they could deliver the corrected pizza as ordered, WITHOUT the garlic this time. The following is when I have a problem so much that I have to rant on Google. They tell me that they don't normally deliver corrected orders....What? As many times as this location has messed up my order, they actually DID deliver corrected/missing items (when not accepting the offer for points) and now all of a sudden, you "normally" don't deliver compensation for the mistakes YOU created? REALLY?
Fed up, I just accepted the credit on my next order. I don't argue.
P.S. Dear Owner of this location. Please work on customer satisfaction. If the company that you have a franchise for advertises on national television promoting "insurance", I would suggest staying true to that statement. Otherwise, the outcome will eventually make this location go away once customers catch on that their satisfaction...
Read moreOrdered a pizza online through the app with the same registered address. After waiting two hours, I received a notification that my pizza had been delivered. After calling and speaking with the manager, I found out that my pizza had been delivered to my neighbors address. While on the phone trying to see if I could have my pizzas remade or have a refund, the manager refused and instructed me to go over to my neighbors house and pickup my pizza. Mind you, the pizza had been sitting for over two hours on my neighbors front step. I informed her that this alternative wasn’t going to work and that I’d either like to order a new pizza or have a refund. The manager refused my request and told me that my only option was to pick up the old pizza. I will never be ordering dominos from this location again. I have never had a bad experience in the past, however, to argue over a pizza being remade due to a minor issue blows my mind. Every business budgets for mistakes to happen and the treatment my family and I received after this incident is simply inexcusable. Read moreThis Dominos location used to be great so I'm not sure what exactly has happened.... the last 2 times we've gotten pizzas they look like this. Barely any toppings, let alone cheese and what sauce there was put on it was baked into oblivion and was completely dry. The red sauce you see on the one pizza, you can touch it and there is absolutely no wetness to it at all. The Philly cheesesteak pizza on the other hand, im not even sure what to call this abomination. Literal HUGE patches of just bread, no topping or cheese. No sauce on it whatsoever. I've had philly cheese steak pizzas from other dominos locations that have been amazingly delicious and they are a far cry from whatever you wanna call this thing. Oh and the picture of the slice of pizza I've included? It's gotta have a total of 5 shreds of cheese on it making that entire slice pretty much dried on sauce and bread. This is a disgrace for the $25 I paid. Whatever employees thinks that this is acceptable to be giving a customer ought to be ashamed. Would you want to...
