Not good, it gave me a really bad stomachache. I went with a friend. I had my friend order for me and she accidently got me a coffee tried it hated it. So I went and got a milk tea coffee. For some context I like the taste of coffee but I have a sensitive palate so a moderate amount of coffee taste like a ton. I tried the coffee my friend got me first it was a salt caramel coffee with boba and it had too much sugar. It didn't taste like salt caramel. Then, I asked the cashier if milk coffee had less caffen than the coffee and explained to her that I was hypersensitive to caffen and how I would like my milk tea. She told me that milk tea version had less caffeine than the coffee. So that's when I ordered that. Horrible, it had more caffen than the actual coffee. How is that even possible? Did she entirely forget about of prior conversation, so I had to get it redone. I reexplaine that I cant handle too much caffen and that it had more caffeine than their coffe. The remade version was better but it still had to much caffen and that point I was done. I just accepted it and tried to like it. Then, I just trew it away because I couldn't bring myself to like it. Not worth it. As for my friend, she got a coconut milk boba and that was the most water down coconut milk I have ever tried. An absolute disappointment. I would rather buy the milk boba packets you can get in stores. They taste so much better than what you get there. Plus, they don't cause stomach aches. Would...

I have been here more than once, especially back then when things were ok. However, the last two times I visited this place, it has not been great at all. The drink taste ok- a hit or miss. The service needs improvement. I was especially unsatisfied with my visit last time. I paid $5 for large Taro Milktea with Lychee Jelly, I asked for no ice, especially when they put a lot of ice in their drink to cheat off customers. When I got my order, it was not filled up at all, there is a big gap between the top of the drink and how much they put in there. What a shame I had to tell them this is unacceptable- I asked for no ice- not a cup of milktea that is not filled. The girl insisted that they leave the gap there because I asked for no ice and that wherever I go, they will leave empty gap in the drink cup if I ask for no ice, which is complete BS and nonesense. Even Starbucks and other boba places I have been to don't do such BS. I am glad they refunded me the drink, but by no means I will be back. There are other good places that don't cheat peoples money like this...

Came in there and there wasn't anyone in the store. The American person who took my order seem like he didn't want to be working. After he gave us half our drink order he left to go outside with a grumpy look on his face and the door slammed behind him. I had order 2 #4 summer delight and only received one. The girl in the back didn't apologized for the miscommunication and didn't seem like she cared, didn't thank us for coming in when we left. Overall customer serviced sucked. I'm from Alabama and drives to MS to go to Bambu, customer service there is way much better even though they're a bit smaller. I hate for people to come here and be mistreated the way me and my family was. On another note. The summer delight doesn't taste the same like MS. Even though I know the corporate make sure everything taste the same. They taste like they didn't clean out their blenders after each use, was really horrible summer delight me and my husband ever tasted.
