I really want to give 0 star for service, quantity of food, quality of food, pricing. I was here 09/04/22 for lunch for the first time and last time. When we came in we waited 10 minutes before our order was taken. We ordered a large Pho for $15 and banh Xeo( 1 crepe with 2 tiny shrimps and 3 pieces of pork). We should have read the true reviews because I have to think some of the reviews here is not true and not what we experienced today. First of all, if a restaurant has PHO in its name, they should be good at that pho dish . The pho bowl was so small it was a joke to my husband and he even asked the waitress to confirm if it was the correct bowl as ordered. It was smaller than most small bowls of most pho restaurants. There were no pho aroma, and pho tai ( rare beef) was well done when served. The pho didnât look appetizing. To charge $15 bucks for this dish which wasnât good is highway robbery. My banh Xeo was not crispy when served. It did not have enough meat to be charging $11.50 . The dish came with 1 crepe. During the time we ate there, no one came by to refill drinks. I think a lot of people who has never been here stops in for convenience because they are already at the complex. Pho Hung was one of those places we passed by and said we want to try it out one day. Our mistake we did not read reviews of this place. Sometimes reviews are not honest and true so itâs up to you to try the place or not. Iâm Vietnamese and believe me I have eaten a lot of pho and banh Xeo growing up. So how can a Pho restaurant go wrong with Pho in the heart of Asian Time Square and have such a bad review? Maybe they donât take pride in making Pho with love. If they did you can see and taste it. We both left this place unsatisfied and...

Iâve been coming here for about 9 years and have always been a loyal customer, so this review is long overdueâI need to be honest. Iâve been to every Pho Hung in the DFW area, and honestly, ever since I started exploring the other locations, I felt misled. The portions are inconsistent, the dishes vary in size even when you order the same thing, and the quality at other spots is usually lowerâsometimes the meat even seems old.
Despite that, I kept coming back to this location because it was always consistentâuntil now. I ordered spring rolls, and they were noticeably smaller, with just two shrimp and barely any sauce. I even asked if they recently changed their bowls because the large looked way smaller, but they said noâas if I was imagining things. But I know my portion sizes when I eat, lol.
Then came the pho⌠only about four pieces of meat. It honestly feels like theyâre getting greedy now.
To save anyone some time, here are a few places I recommend instead: ⢠Best flavor pho: Ba Le ⢠Most similar to this place: Pho Pastor ⢠âHealthierâ pho: Pho Palace
Taking Pho Hung off my list. It was...
Read moreWorst service and experience. I donât know how they have 4 stars. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this place to anybody â I saw about 3 tables walk in, sit down, and not get any service, so they just walked out and left.
There were also almost no workers â only the lady in the front who seemed to do everything. I canât repeat enough how the service was slow and EXTREMELY bad.
When the food did come, the server spilled the soup on my pants as well and didnât apologize. The âlargeâ pho #1 was $12.95 and was small. The large here is even smaller than the small size bowl at Pho places in New York.
Also, the #26 rice was horrific. Portion sizes were small and the little pork chop was not even the width of a baseball. It also didnât come with the egg either â I asked the lady before ordering to make sure I ordered the rice with everything too, she said yes. It was not at all worth the $16.
I also saw many tables leave without tipping too. Which is understandable, the workers donât do anything and even spilled the hot soup on me.
DO NOT COME HERE. Take your service literally...
