Absolutely horrible experience. I went to get my watch fitted there a few months back. It was brand new still in box. $450 watch. Was satisfied left with my watch on and a reciept that had an appraisal on it as well as service charge of $20. I went back yesterday because a link had fell out of my watch and needed it fixed. The manager who insisted on arguing with me. Told me that when I got it fitted that I was given the links and whatever else they had to take off to fit my watch. NOT TRUE. but instead of helping me with my watch she insisted on the fact that they can't do anything for me without the link. When they looked up my last visit but name and number they found a transaction that stated I came in for a missing link to be replaced not a watch to be fitted and links removed. She refused to give me a copy of the transaction which is against Texas consumer regulations I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB I work in customer service and I would of been fine and walked out with the understanding that they indeed could not fix my watch. If she would of simply said "it's our policy to return any and all parts that may have to be removed from the service of customers jewelry, this may have been an isolated situation where that was not implemented that specific transaction. Considering our records are incorrect about the service originally provided to you, I apologize if that is the fact. But there is nothing we can do for you without the link." Instead she went on and on and on not allowing me to get a word in. About the fact that I was given the removed links to my watch. Which I was not. I'm sure they can pull up there security footage and see me leaving without nothing but a receipt and my watch already on my wrist. Horrible way to talk to customers. Will advise all my friends and family to not go there. She needs a 30 min class about customer service and the does and don't of etiquette and language used with customers. It's...
