DO NOT GO THERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This was the worst service and experience I've ever had. Right when we entered the establishment there was one other customers. The order started with hot chocolate and four coffees. At first no issues, we started to ask for dozen donuts and another gentleman started to take our order. But left to take the drive through then another gentleman started to take our order. The gentleman was trying to ring us up vut since he didnt start our order he became frustrated. We waited patiently and under he may be confused. Once we ringed us up we paid, this process may have been 15 mins. We asked about our black coffee and could see that havent even had coffee made! During that timeframes another customers was waiting and was also getting frustrated on the lack of customer service. as we waited for our two black coffee, the lady that was waiting behind us was asking the gentleman why the establishment did not have coffee made did they just open and what the issue was. She always was waiting for coffee and gentleman started to get upset with her. She then asked him to assist me first since i had been waiting for awhile. He started to argue with the lady that he will get with me and just was so ride to her. He handed me my coffee and i stated i have another one. He started to take lash out and was rude with his tone. I asked the individual to not be disrespectful to me as i have no made no reason or comment for his attitude. He then started and argument with me and i asked for his name because this was unacceptable. He was no wearing a name plate and would not give me his name. I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Grand Prairie on Pioneer pkwy to get the halloween buckets for my grand babies because they seen them and asked me to get them one. I go inside Dunkin donuts and ask to buy 3, and the young girl tells me I have to purchase the buckets with the donut holes for 18.99, because her manager said they can't sell them empty, which is B.S. When it shows online you can purchase them with or without the donuts for $3-5 each. That's the only Dunkin donuts around me, after my little grand babies are 7, 3, and 1 year old, and they have been waiting for like 2 weeks after they saw them online when we were looking for halloween buckets, something new besides McDonald's halloween buckets. Now I have to tell them I couldn't get them because some rude manager and some 12 year old kid behind the counter says that I can't buy them empty. Y'all need to look online where it says you can buy them with or without donut holes, Y'all are gonna make a lot of people mad and lose customers and change it online on Dunkin donuts and tell everyone they have to purchase them with donuts, not for no $18.99. That's ok because Burger King on Belt Line in grand Prairie sold me their halloween buckets empty for only $2 each with no purchase required and the b.k halloween crowns for my 3 grand babies. The only time I decided to go to Dunkin donuts to get something and they disappoint big time. Like anyone can really afford 18.99 for a bucket of donuts? Really? This is online like 30 minutes ago. Shame on...

Ok we stopped to get a gift card for my father in law for Father’s Day of $20, I also ordered a dozen donut holes and a vanilla donut with sprinkles. Pulled up the window and she asked me again what my order was because she wasn’t listening at the speaker apparently, so I repeated it no problem, paid cash, she handed me the gift card that said winter cheer, I looked at her and said I need one that’s plain or says Duncan donuts or something other than winter cheer it’s May and 100 degrees and it’s for a Father’s Day Gift, so she went and grabbed another lady who got really mad that I was asking for a different card and started saying what’s the problem ugh we can’t do that and some other stuff as if she was annoyed. I was trying to ignore her, then they gave me my vanilla donut which was purple with sprinkles, I guess vanilla and purple are the same here cause when I asked she said yup that’s vanilla ok whatever back to the card issue, sorry we can’t do that, sorry then I want my $ back, nope sorry we can’t do that either, um yes you can it’s my money and I didn’t ask for a winter gift card, about 10 minutes of arguing here’s your money have a great day and slams the window in my face, drive away tried the donuts so gross I threw them out, they were days old and stale tasting, I think this will be the last time I’ll ever go here, don’t waste your time or money. Wish I would’ve read the other reviews...
