Second weekend in a row coming for breakfast and given the wrong order. I told the woman at the drive through they gave me the wrong sandwich. The drive thru woman was outrageously rude and said, "check your receipt that's what you ordered". I told her, no the receipt clearly says bacon, egg and cheese. Then she snaps back, "What's on your receipt is what's is your bag!" Again, no, this is steak. Plus they forgot the large Coke I ordered, and the person on the speaker repeated back, but somehow didn't make it on the receipt. So now I'm forced to go inside. Tell the person at the counter the situation and how rude the drive thru woman was. She grabs the sandwich out of my hand and goes and grabs the correct one. Then I hear another girl tell her, oh that's where the steak one went, they took the wrong one. Counter girl comes back just throws the bag on the counter. No apologies or anything and I still don't get my drink. I get it to the car to check the new sandwich I was given and the bread is so burnt it's black all on one side and the bacon is nearly raw. So now, my husband goes back inside with it. Again, treated rudely and given another sandwich. Now this one has some weird yellow sauce all over it. We gave up and left. Threw the sandwich away not knowing what kind of weird sauce they tainted my food with.
I will never return to this location. Very shady location. Every time I've been here there is some kind of an issue with the order or they are taking cash only. The drive thru traffic is horrible and there's not enough room in the tiny parking lot. Near accidents seen almost every time. Management seriously needs to train their employees in customer service. Read moreThe managers here have no idea how to manage . went to McDonald ordered 7 cones the cashier let know the machine was broken because ordered 7 cones. the cashier tried to help me he went to the manger and and let her know , the manager never even acknowledge him, another employee notice her reaction and jumped in to help him. S he let me know she could do shakes (obviously there is a big difference ) . I said if thats not a problem yes. once the manager was told she turned around grabbed another manager and in Spanish ( I speak Spanish) how dare you order 7 cones that broke the machine that was his problem . both manager agreed that was the problem I was amazed at what they thought was the answer for the machine to be broken. she then proceeded to yell make them pay the difference , I never had a problem with paying never did I let them know wasn't paying. she then took her anger at the employees kept yelling at them belittling them and giving me and my daughter an attitude . once the milkshakes were done the employee let her know she needed to take off the cones so I could pay for the milkshake she reply is paying the problem rolled her eyes and said I took care of it. just because your a manger you don't have the power of treating your employees like dirt and especially in front if customers. Read moreUpdate: 6/14/22 Decided to stop and get an ice cream cone since they weren't that busy thru drive thru plus surely they won't screw up an ice cream cone. That's all i ordered. Should have known when i got to the payout window lady asks uf i have the fish sandwich i say no ice cream cone. She takes my money and i move on. At second window lafy asks what i ordered i say ice cream cone. She disappears comes back with a pathetic ice cream cone guess the look on my face made her say ice cream is real soft..you think it was practically melting im not sure what kept it from falling off the cone lol but it held on for dear life. Lol I added a photo. If they had told me it's to soft but we can sell it to you in a cup i would have been fine with it but the fact they don't tell you nothing till they hand you the food is what my biggest gripe is. And no point emailing the manager as they never respond guess they figure ppl will still go there. But FYI if you take your kiddos for ice cream your in for a mess.
