Rude employees and the management is no better. I over heard a customer asking to speak to the manager of the store. The lady ringing her up identified herself as the manager. The customer stated that they would wait until everyone had left to speak about a matter, but the manager stated to the customer they could speak now. I was appalled that the manager wouldn't want to speak privately, but everyone is different. I became more appalled that I noticed as the customer was attempting to quietly speak to the manager about an issue they had and not only did the manager talk over the customer, I saw her rolling her eyes at what the customer was saying! I have been in a management position for many years and in that role you set the tone for how your employees should conduct themselves when you are there and in your absence. I had placed a online order at another subway closer to my home and they literally didn't have chicken or the bread I chose in the order and so I asked them to cancel and they couldn't bc the manager was not there. So now I have to go back tomorrow to get a refund. I was still starving and I decided to give another subway location and chance so I placed an order agian this time at the subway on camp wisdom and in all the frustration I accidently submitted a wrong order and I called so they could cancel it and they were able to without any problem. So agian placed a new order and arrived and they were amazing the place was so clean and organized and such a different atmosphere from the other subway! I got my sandwiches and idk if it was bc I was starving but these are the best subway subs I have ever had thank you so much for saving my day...

I understand working in fast food can be stressful, but the experience we had aside from a polite young gentlemanâwas disappointing. The women working that Sunday were extremely rude and acted like they didnât want to be there. We couldnât even see the available meats to make our selections, yet they seemed to expect us to know what to order without any guidance. My wife and kids felt so overwhelmed that they just settled for ham on wheat bread. When I asked for jalapeño cheddar bread, one of the employees snapped, âWe ainât got none,â with clear attitude.
