This is the WORST Starbucks location ever, no question. It has some serious, legitimate issues, and I definitely will never be coming back to this location. Iāve had issues with this location every time Iāve gone before, with the service usually being extremely rude, passive aggressive, and slow. They almost always get something wrong with the order, and will even argue with me about THEM being right. For example, the sandwich for my mobile order didnāt have sriracha with it (I checked, I had requested it on the mobile order), so I asked for some, and they insisted it was inside already! I had to hold open the sandwich bag to show them that, uhhh NO, it isnāt inside, because they refused to believe me! They are literally always so rude here and have an attitude. But all of these experiences were trumped by the ordeal I had to deal with today here.
Earlier today, I received the slowest, rudest and most incompetent service that I have EVER received at a Starbucks location, hands down. I placed a mobile order and then got in the drive thru line, which wasnāt moving AT ALL. I then waited over THIRTY MINUTES in line with it only moving when cars left it. I then went inside, where someone rudely told me they canāt help me because they have to make drinks. Someone finally came and I told them I had placed a mobile order. They then confusedly tried to start making them, but I pointed out that they were already sitting there and were presumably mine. The hot drinks were all COLD, the sandwich was COLD, and there was no sriracha, despite requesting one (this happens literally every time I order here. Nothing I request for additions or customizations are EVER included/done). This meal was horrendous to both eat/drink and to wait for, and the service was horribly rude and incompetent in managing a line that wasnāt even that long. Absolutely ridiculous. Upon arriving at the store and placing a mobile order, I was asked for my name not once, but twice, and then asked to spell it out. Despite my efforts to provide the correct spelling, the staff continuously got it wrong. To exacerbate the situation, the employee handling my order was exceedingly rude and argumentative when I attempted to clarify the spelling of my name.
In my frustration, I requested to speak with the manager, only to be informed that the store manager, Katheryn, was the individual who had treated me disrespectfully. It was disheartening to realize that the negative energy permeating the store was emanating from its own manager.
As a customer who values respect and professionalism, I find it wholly unacceptable for a store manager to exhibit such behavior. It is evident that there is a dire need for improvement in communication skills and customer service etiquette at this particular location, and it is concerning that this attitude stems from the store's leadership.
I sincerely hope that Starbucks corporate office will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the...

Light enough it immediately caught my attentionI ordered 2 of the same thing because me and my coworker get the same order, i ordered a carmel ribbon crunch, and i am aware some whip cream is at the bottom of the cup for this order, my sister works at starbucks not this one. But at starbucks, i know how the drink is supposed to be made. I take a sip and its pure whipcream and air ,i look and HALF THE CUP is whip cream. Very very disappointed I paid 20 dollars for 2 coffees with 2 extra shots in each, ALSO i definitely did not receive both my extra shots. I drink coffee daily, with 2 extra shots every time. This coffee is so weak and half of it is whip cream it taste like milk. I am beyond words. Its not a big deal, its not even the worst thing ever, but for the price you guys really did me like that. I'm very sad, drinking my weak whipped cream bs, very sadly. I'm so disappointed yall. This is why i stopped drinking starbucks, and yeah today was a reminder.
