Visited 8:55pm on 1/15/23 ordered through drivethru: 1 combo, triple pretzel bacon pub, 6 piece nuggets and two frosties. No issues placing order, received receipt and everything was correct on the receipt. However things start to go downhill when they are getting the frosties and NO ONE seems to know what size cups to use for small and medium frosty, the woman making them holds up the cups looks puzzled, hear her ask at least one other person and neither seems to know. She proceeds and unless Wendy's recently changed pretty sure my small became a medium and my wife's medium became a large. Think they used the smoothie cups instead of frosty cups, but who am I to complain about that. Where I really have issue is when got home and found my triple pretzel burger was only a single, I rechecked my receipt and found I was indeed charged for the triple. I've tried to let this go, thus delay in time for the review but I just can't let it go. Not the first time order has been wrong at this location (though doesn't seem to really matter what location go to). I know everyone says places are short staffed, which I've let a lot go for that reason. However I really believe that is largely just an excuse. They had a minimum of 3 people working that we could see and we were the only ones in the drivethru so how could three plus people not manage to get this order right. I'm sorry but when you order and pay for a triple and receive a single that is just out right stealing money from your customers. You can't tell me that, that wouldn't be the case if it were reversed. Very disappointed, I wouldn't return but my wife likes Wendy's and this is the closest one to us and like I said doesn't really seem to matter what location go to as I've had problems with every location tried and the problems don't seem to be limited to Wendy's or even fast food. I'm just sick of places not being able to get orders right. Ohh and we did try calling when we got home and found it was wrong but there was no answer and it wasn't worth the time or gas money to return and fight with them to try and get it fixed.    Read moreI'm mixed on the stars because the man who took my order was absolutely great! He was courteous and kind. HOWEVER the woman in the drive thru shoved my bags in my car (I let it go and never said nothing) and usually they put meals in different bags so I checked the food thinking something is missing. While I'm checking the food she is pushy with talking over me while I'm getting the order in my head and make sure everything was there. I tell her to hold on and let me think as she is steady talking. I drove away but due to her rushing me I wasn't able to fully look at the food. I ordered a total of 5 drinks and once we got home we only received 2 straws. Then my niece checks her food and her order was completely wrong! I don't know what home girls problem was but she needs a serious attitude check. Had I been someone that was equally having a bad I would have went off on her which I didnt. I show people grace who works fast food because I've been there but if you don't want to be at work don't go. Too many people already angry in this world. I visited this location 06/01/2019 on my way home from my gym. I like Wendy's chili as it has lower carbs and I gather a good amount of protein given the beef and beans. I order two large chili bowls almost every visit to a Wendy's. There was a mix up and I was given the wrong size. I didn't realize until I got home. I called the restaurant and Lillian was most helpful and told me to ask for Brian the manager to rectify the situation. Next day, Brian listened to my situation and ultimately corrected my order. Very pleased with the service. More than that I am very, very pleased with the chili. It has the best consistency of any Wendy's I've visited and I've eaten at Cedar Hill, Mansfield and Arlington locations. Also, this is the first time I've gotten fresh crackers from a Wendy's. I usually don't bother opening them or wait until I'm home to eat my own. Every pack from this Wendy's was fresh. All other Wendy's should follow suit. Will...
