A experience that I have encountered twice in consecutive visits. Staff takes order for drinks for my date and I. She has a margarita 1 for myself. Dinner soon followed. We had ordered a second round of water & 1 shot for her. Management had to come over to our table to disrespect my date as well as myself. I had no idea Applebee's picks and chooses to whom they serve a second cocktail too. Then I paid my bill with bank card in which they thought they had permission from a company executive to charge whatever they like to. I had 2 receipts upon leaving business and a final on statement of activity to prove 3 separate transactions from employees/employer ie::management. Furthermore re: it takes my time and effort to track all this and costs me money to so.. refund 25 dollars and a week later. Second experience a few days ago. My friend was wanting food before our evening started. They got me again this time with a nasty blue brown cheese on salad I would not ever serve to my worst customer or enemy. Then the hamburger oh yes my readers the classic greasy cheese burger . Imagine a garden full of heads of lettuce. Shaved and lubed for a crazy day of Wesson session. On a water bed of bun. I think the picture is clear . American restaurant supply is sure in need of a few commercial items. Culinary arts has online classes available and the English coach is soon to close open enrollment. To those ro whom don't speak English or to those that felt it was necessary to disrespect the Italian that is not only letting you know as a whole. I think its clear Applebee's doesn't Care either way. So I think I will have to throw it out there. I'd be honored to close on business relations and build a better business for tomorrow that will exceed your expectations. At the exact location hwy169 grand rapids Minnesota 55744. Read moreFirst off service was horrible. We waited so long to be seated that another customer had to tell one of the girls working there that we were waiting. She just waved him off saying I know and then walked away. When we were finally able to get a table with a different girl we had to stand there like fools as she ran around looking for a rag to clean the table since none of them were clean. She did dry it when I had to ask so we didn't have a wet table. We had to wait longer just to be asked about drinks. When we did order our food it took them more then 10 minutes to come back and say that they couldn't fulfil my son's order because they were out of noodles and tried to charge us for both. All the while the manager Melissa was concerned about talking to her friends at another table then actually working as other people were coming in and waiting to be seated like us. Our order was wrong and I had to ask for them for sauce for my dry hot wings, and my son only got 2 small chicken strips and mozzarella sticks as his meal. They gave us another orderr of wings because they ran out of the strips to.My girlfriend ordered a raspberry tea they gave her an unsweetened tea with a shot of raspberry syrup and tried to pass it off. The manager only came up to us after my girlfriend asked a server for her name. I wish I could put 0 stars for this place. They don't care about they're customers or the quality of service they give. Sadly this isn't the first time we've had poor service but this time...
Read moreOn Jan. 2, 2016 my wife and i stopped here on the way home from up north fishing. As my wife got out of the passenger side of our truck she had fell on a big sheet of ice that was in their parking lot. I got her back in the truck since she couldnt put any weight on her ankle. I then went in and told a manager. He was super nice and came out and offered any assistance he could to my wife and to verify that there was ice under where we had parked. We filled out their Accident form and both signed it. The manager insisted we get her ankle checked out to make sure it wasn't broke, so the next am we went and had a x ray and such and called him to let him know it wasn't broken. He then gave me his District managers name and phone number to get in touch with him to forward the bill off to. I called him and they asked for the bill. I am still fighting them to pay the $137.00 bill since it happened in their parking lot and the store manager would told me Applebees would take care of it. We used to stop there a few times a month to have dinner on our way home from fishing and hunting, but not with the way their district managers handle ...
