Jade Tea — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Wanted to take a special little girl to get her requested Boba Tea and this was the closest, best looking place to grab a few drinks. The little cafe is SOOOOO CUTE inside. It is very clean and nice, decorated well, and everything looked very comfy and cute. There are several tables to sit at, and a little spot for outdoor too, but it was too sunny for us. There was literally no one in there except us, which was a bit sad. There is also a photo op spot. A cute couch and colorful wall that is adorable in pics. We were a bit overwhelmed with the menu and just chose something randomly. We both loved our base. I got a larger size than her and I would say mine was too big - I was very full when we finished them. She got the regular chewy tapioca boba, and I got the stars because I had honestly never heard of them before. I definitely will never be getting the stars again. I did not like it, but that is my fault for ordering it. The service was really good - they ladies tried helping us, but like I said, we just ordered randomly because it was too much. They were very nice and got our drinks to us quickly. Overall, we really liked it here. It is close to my work, so I can myself see going...

Oml this place is so cute! I'm so happy this is here now. Everyone was smiling despite it being the grand opening (THESE ARE ALWAYS STRESSFUL) The grapefruit passionfruit smoothie I got is very good, and so was the strawberry jelly stars I got in it. Plus there was a complimentary crisp (similar to a kitkat but way better).

The only thing I can nitpick is the price, I paid 7.45+tx for my large smoothie and it is quite delicious but this is certainly a "treat" for most people, especially my tx bracket😂

However! If these employees are getting paid a fair, generous, and deserved wage then I will happily pay that when I can afford to. I'm excited to see this...

Wow! Amazing. What a lovely experience I had, and my first time stopping in! The service was so kind and thoughtful, and the taro smoothie I got was both beautiful and delicious (get the pudding, you will be glad!) I was able to get a custard bun and taro bun as well, and it was even heated up for me- thank you! Delicious authentic pastries like these are hard to find in West Michigan. It brought me such a happy feeling. I definitely will recommend to friends, wishing Jade Tea so much...
