Don’t bother ordering online because it never gets to you how you order it. I’m usually not one to make a fuss but it happens every time. I finally got fed up and called to complain and what was their solution? They will send the driver back to pick up the wrong sandwich and deliver the right sandwich instead of just comping the original wrong sandwich. I feel bad for the drivers because it’s not their fault the sandwich was made incorrectly and there’s no way for me to tip extra for their trouble. Today I gave them another try because the manager did reach out to me and apologized.
