Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

New low today dropped them to 1 star. Ordered a pizza for lunch. Received notification that my order was ready. Arrived and no Pizza in the pizza portal. Si I waited over 6 minutes at the counter being ignored by staff. And I was sure as I arrived I saw her cut up my pizza as it was a sausage. But after she closed the box and put a sticker on it she just pushed it to the side soI thought maybe it wasn't mine. Then she waited at the oven and slowly put together some crazy breads. Pulled a couple more pizzas out and cut them the put the 2 orders into the portal. And that first pizza she cut was still sitting there. Then she finally grabbed it after 7 minutes and loaded it up and low and behold it was my pizza. WHY DID IT SIT THERE 6 MINUTES. She has time to walk it the 10 feet to the portal after boxing it up. Ridiculous.

1-8 To-go order PLACED before the store opened to be picked up WHEN THE STORE OPENED and I arrived at 11:03! Yet when I arrived not ONLY was it NOT READY it hadn't even been started. Even though the hot and ready case was fully stocked. Stood in the lobby 8 minutes before I was informed it was going to be a other 5-10 minutes. Order for 11:00 get Pizza at 11:20 and get told it's my fault for ordering before the store opened.

Update 12-11-24 Why does NOTHING ever look like the menu? The veggie pizza I ordered in the app looked 20x more appealing than what I got. And why is it so hard to make things well? Everything in a pile in the center which turned it into a soggy mess and almost zero toppings out near the edge. No seasoning on the pizza at all. Sad when you HAVE to eat a pizza with a fork because half the slice stays in a pile in the box. Honestly if I lived closer I'd have been back to have it remade. Overall I think I'll just try the Leonard or Fuller locations moving forward.

Our daughter was admitted to the hospital, and after a long day my husband and I wanted a quick pizza. My husband walked in with 2 people standing in the lobby and ordered ONE "hot and ready". He could barely understand the guy behind the register, who was on his cellphone the entire 45 minutes my husband stood in the lobby. Multiple times, my husband witnessed customers come in behind my husband and they weren't even acknowledged by the worker due to his staring at his phone for minutes until the customers said something. He also witnessed the worker not even look in the hot and ready cabinets after someone ordered, until one customer walked in and ordered 10 hot and ready pizzas and were handed all 10 waiting in the cabinet while my husband continued to stand for ONE pizza. 45 minutes it took my husband to get ONE "ready" pizza at Little Caesars. The manager ended up coming from the back and stepping in, and my husband waited 5 more minutes then finally got his ridiculous one pizza. By the time my husband got back to the hospital room, he was beyond frustrated and our daughter was asleep and couldn't eat after a certain timeframe. Will NEVER visit this...

Okay where do I begin, I had been here several other times recently this year and had no issue, but when I placed an order on Friday 4/28 it was a pretty busy dinner hour about 8 pm for Friday night pizza, but there were 2 different girls at the front counter, not sure of their names since they have no name tags, but the main girl working the front, pretty young, she would count money, touch her face, give out an order, then put the dirty rugs back on the floor, that were rolled up in the corner when I first entered. Not sure if she ever washed her hands, the sink was in view, didn't see her any -where near it. I had not read the reviews until after I had gotten home and noticed my pizza was not even cut right, unfortunately it will be a long time before I come back. I was trying to support local, but this visit, it just seemed unsanitary to me, may have just been the day? or just me? 3 stars since I had ordered the slices & sticks that is no longer shown on the menu and was able to order it. C'mon just wash your hands or use sanitizer between passing out food orders....
