I am a graduate of the 5 year engineering program at GVSU. I spent most of my college career downtown at the pew campus with occasional classes at the Allendale campus. To which the commute between the two was a breeze. The Pew campus is an awesome location with easy access to the downtown GR area. I was able to get throw classes and with a quick walk grab some great food at my favorite local spots. My only critique is that like every college there are professors that should not be teaching. The worst of which claiming "if your not failing my class I'm not doing my job". However, that being said the vast majority of my professors were wonderful teachers...
Read moreWhat a beautiful, downtown GR campus! The landscaping & inside the building were awesome. We rented one of the huge classroom tent & chairs. Comfortable chairs but the tables were awful & dirty, even after being reassured they would be clean. We only needed a very few it was the only thing we were disappointed with, although the bathroom facility was a very long walk into the nearby building , as well. Parking was very easily accessible.
