Vanessa went above and beyond to give me my Barbie Dream Wedding Cake. Not only did the cake look incredible but it is the best tasting cake and frosting I have ever had. We had our dogs painted and used as a monogram and crest throughout our wedding design. Vanessa surprised us by adding our doggies to the back of the cake which was SO incredible I could not believe her creativity and kindness 🐶🐶 I cried when I saw the special touch that made the cake ever more “us.” I absolutely LOVED the bows 🎀 she added as well. It was my dream wedding cake and more. The little florals 💐 on the cupcakes were also so perfect. Everything coordinated so beautifully and it was noticed by everyone!! The custom cookies and macarons were a huge hit as well!! Everyone loved Vanessa’s cake and buttercream frosting so much and wanted to know who made them. I came back to add to my review. I had the pleasure of joining one of Vanessa's Cookie Decorating classes. I was thoroughly impressed. She is such a great teacher and her spaces is such a fun place. She had snacks and a whole set up for us to take photos. Cute little aprons to wear and a whole set ready for us with supplies to decorate. She taught us how to use royal icing and many techniques that went with it. Her classes are so much fun and I can't wait to attend another. (This was a moderate level class)

Beyond amazing! Vanessa crafted the most beautiful dessert display for our wedding that matched our theme of Country Club Garden Party. Vanessa matched the desserts to the decor and colors perfectly with pops of color, pearls, and gold and flavors that were out of this world. Her dessert stands were impeccable. The macaroons, fruit tarts, cheesecake shooters, chocolate covered strawberries, mini cupcakes, and truffles were exactly what I wanted. The best part was that Vanessa worked with me to customize all the details and stayed within my budget! My guests went CRAZY! I have never seen such a line for desserts at a wedding in my entire life.
