Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

We wanted to enjoy our smoothie as it was way too hot, but some sitting at the table behind us had incredibly rude manners. They were out of a smoothie we came in for. The staff member was not knowledgeable in explaining that after signing up, I have to come in next time to get a free smoothie. Another member explained. Both did not explain that there’s an expiration date by the time you can claim a free smoothie. Not that it’s a big deal. The service and atmosphere was not right. I also had a prior negative experience at this location, where I was charged a water bottle but they never included in my order. They never made it...

I absolutely love the newTropical Smoothie Café location! The employee are fast and friendly.The atmosphere is always clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring my order is made quickly without sacrificing quality. Their smoothies are always fresh and delicious, with just the right balance of fruit and flavor.
