Wendy's — Restaurant in Grandville

First off, I'm not a fan of Wendys. I never have been. Once upon a time, their food was better. That was when Dave was alive. Now, the food is just gross. However, I try to be objective as possible, even when I eat somewhere I don't like. This location, however, was worse than I ever thought possible for a Wendy's location. I go in, and there's one person in line. Three cars in drive thru. Ok, great, this will be quick. Nope. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order to be taken. It took the girl over 10 minutes to take the order from the guy in front of me. He ordered a single sandwich. I ordered that new chicken wrap. I knew I didn't like wendy's food, so i figured I'd give something new a try. Let's talk about that wrap a moment. Piled high with the worlds most awful generic cheese with that strong fake cheese taste. There was enough ranch on it to satisfy an ant. So much for it being called a RANCH wrap! Tasted it in one bite only. Then the chicken. Sure, it was chopped up. Sure it was warm. It was also hard, chewy, and flavorless. It's like the chicken was cut up hours ago and stuck in a warming bin. Dried out. This has got to be one of the worst chicken wraps I've ever had. I didn't order fries, because fries get stuck in my throat and I choke on them. I was driving, so I couldn't order the baked potato. If I must go to Wendys, I will get the baked potato because it's hard to screw up a baked potato. They were out of chocolate Frosties. Come on man! But they did have the orange frosty, which was decent, but half melted from that 45 second walk from the dining room to my car in 50 degree weather.

This was quite possibly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I know I won't be back to this one. I only stopped because I was transporting someone that wanted to stop at Wendy's. I'm all for giving a place another chance, but dude, at least make an effort to make it a decent visit.

Honestly worst experience ever with Wendy's from start to finish. I will start with no one else was in line before me so it was not busy. Gave me price of $7.95 at ordering, then said $9.94 at window, the first was correct, like you juuuust said it to me how did you get it wrong so fast? Gave me the wrong drink, after I got my food i went to parking lot, one of the cheese sauces had a dribble in it, and I do mean a dribble, went back through, asked for cheese sauce to be put in it and was asked to move forward. So you didn't have cheese sauce and instead of just saying that and giving me my money back you tried to rip me off. I said no thanks and asked for the money back at which point the manager stomped and over and goes "Oh my God really?" loud enough for me to hear through the window, gave me my 60 cents, guess you can keep the tax, and I went back to the parking lot to eat. The only thing good and hot were the nuggets, burger was horrible, bread was hard and stale, burger wasn't hot, and through all that it wasn't until I was done eating that I realized they never gave me my frosty. 0...

What is up with going through the drive-thru ask if I can do a half Berry burst salad in place of fries being told no which is fine so I say that I want the side salad then. Then they add grilled chicken without my say-so, not what I asked for, so that explains the huge upcharge so I told him no I don't want that take it out it's not the reason why I like the Berry burst anyway. And so they give me the new charge of the normal garden salad but say they're going to give me the Berry burst instead and I try to explain no I don't want what I don't pay for so the side salad is fine and lots of back and forth on this, waste of my time. Also when I got side salad I asked for raspberry vinaigrette and got ranch. Employees clearly don't know how to listen.

I'll also add, and this didn't bother me as much but I'll mention it now that I'm here, every time I order the jalapeno bacon fries, I get no bacon. And every time I order the jalapeno bacon burger I get no...
