When I arrived at the location there were people already ordered that looked like they had been waiting for an extended amount of time. It was not tell a group behind me showed up did ANY of the staff acknowledge me or any one in the lobby. I placed a simple order, no extra this or no that. The person that took my order seemed like he did not want to be present or even take an order. I was given my receipt and an empty cup. The drink station was all right even though some of the selections were empty/not filled. I then sat down in plain sight. And started a timer.
That's when it all went down hill. Order placed at 12:17. It was not in tell 16 mins later and my order sitting for about 2 to 3 min did I receive it at 12:33. The staff claim they just called my order. Which they did but I don't know what number I was, never told. So when I said something about that the staff told me rudely that my order was "just" called. I said that's not true, as I had a timer going and knew. At no point did the worker attempt any "normal" customer service and did the I am sorry routine. Just rudeness. At this point I knew my food would be warm at best. 13 minutes later I got the sandwich and got a temp of 110. Now this is WELL below the "safe" zone for food. So now the question is did I receive the food already out of the "safe" zone? Or did it fall below in the 13min it was in the box in the bag? With how it felt to the touch I would say before I even got it.
Bottom line the POOREST service I had ever received. I have gotten better service from a self checkout kiosk than a real person. Where are your standards DQ? Are you trying to pile drive yourself into the ground? If so keep it up. You will be lucky to...
Read moreI work at a Dairy Queen so I know the process and the standard to which customer service is supposed to be, and let me just say that I was pretty dissatisfied with my experience here. We ordered food first (the food itself tasted good) and then came back later for the dip cones. The boy who took our first order looked pretty miserable to be there (I get it sometimes it sucks having to close), but he didn't seem to really care about whether he got the order correct or not, and when he brought the food out the order was all over the place and we had to go back to the counter a couple of times to make sure we got everything we payed for. At the time I was willing to let it go because he seemed to be a new employee and I completely sympathize with trying to find your way in a new job and of course mistakes do happen, however the second time we came up to the counter our initial disappointment was substantiated. There were three employees who made eye contact with us as we were waiting for our order to be taken, yet no one acknowledged our presence like saying "we'll be with you as soon as we can," for example, and when someone finally took our order they were very curt with us and didn't make eye contact or engage in any other simple pleasantries. When we received our dip cones they were sloppily made. Needless to say any of my managers would have made me redo the cones if they looked like that, and I definitely would not still be working there if I engaged with my customers the way we were...

Well they were not fresh we ate in . Now you say grill fresh well I watched the cook take the Patty's out of soaked grease . Now if a guest wants fresh why could that not be done I see why your not busy . I would like to see the owner get served what we got... That is not Grill Fresh as it says on your sign. The manger should have said if you don't mine the wait which we would not mine the wait. But she did not go out her way to please us as guests. It's like you will eat what they have already.
