This was the second time ordering delivery from your store. I get to treat myself to one meal as i live on my SSDI, i due to my medical issues i can never work again unless its something i can do from home and as my passion and health allows so, as food prices have skyrocketed i now eat once a day snd am no stranger to falling asleep with an empty belly. I didn’t not have a pleasant experience on my first attempt and besides being spoken to by the delivery driver without an ounce of respect and as if i needed him to talk condescendingly on top just about enough but then to go back into my room to eat i opened the piece box to a pizza that wasn’t even luke warm and it cost me just over $20 to eat cold food that i paid way too much for and tasted so poorly i had no intention of ever trying it again. Like i said this is the only treat i am allowed each month that to spend more than i can afford to more than once is just too much with my income. I tried a second time tonight and i will not have to remind myself never to not order to your store on E St or any other location after tonight and I’m so unhappy that once again what was my once a month test to myself was instead a once a month treat for me it turned out that your restaurant was the only one to feel treated, i feel like I’d been robbed and that this can even happen to any customer you serve speaks volumes about the downfall of food service and the pre-cursor to no longer being able to affotd even one meal a day. Next month i will treat myself to a business that leaves me feeling as if i were special and not just another victim who paid for one thing and even your receptionist had the phone skills of my dog offering no concessions knowing i had just told her i was very unhappy and wanted my money back!! Well, you couldn’t care less and that’s evident as every area of customer service was seriously lacking in providing customer appreciation! What, was i supposed to tip her for telling me through 3 calls nothing specific to get one burnt order o that your own tracker showed the order left your store at 6:00 pm and it was placed in my hands nearly 35 minutes later !! Maybe you would need better serving cold burnt food???

Read more(Current Post 2019) Since the horrible experience two years ago this location has really upped it's game in every aspect possible and I'm so happy about it. I will not order Pizza Hut, EVER!!!!! Every time we order now our food is cooked perfectly and the service is always amazing. Thanks E Street Domino's for such wonderful food!!! I highly recommend you order from E Street!!!!!
(Old post from 2017) On Sunday night was had an order which was 30 minutes late and cold. We warmed the oven to reheat dinner so we could get our boys to bed and ready for school Monday. I contacted the store and didn't have a very good experience and was made to feel it was my fault the food was cold. I was contacted Monday morning by the GM David about me review from the night before. He apologized and made things right and replaced our cold meal from the night before. The boys decided they wanted to get the pizza last night and Cyanna who was the same person I had an issue with the night before took our call. She was a totally different person this time around and I was very happy with how she handled everything. The food arrived around 20 minutes after I placed the call and was almost too hot to eat when it arrived. The only concern I had with this call was the lack of certain product availability and I could tell in Cyanna's voice she felt bad they were still waiting for a delivery of supplies. Thanks again to David for making things right for us and to Cyanna for putting up with us. We will continue to be loyal Domino's Pizza customers still. Have a great holiday season and a Happy...
Read moreI have to say, I do not like posting a negative review. I have written a few over the years but never enjoy it. My folks and I have been a Dominos of Grants Pass fan for at least 14 years. When my father passed away, we moved my mother into my house. I have never been much of a cook and with mom getting up there in age (she turns 102 in October) we order out quite a bit. At least twice a week. Well tonight was unacceptable. We ordered 2 bread bowls with Chicken Fettuccini along with a garden salad and a couple of those delicious 6.99 pizzas. We ordered at 7:21PM. Around 8:00PM I called and asked what's going on. They stated the driver was around the corner and will be here in a few minutes. Well another 30 minutes passes, another call. Oh the driver had multiple deliveries and will be there soon. Just before 10PM I called and now I am upset. Manager looks up our address and I was told we delivered your food just before 9PM! I look outside and there's our food, OUR ICE COLD FOOD!! So if our order was delivered at 9PM, why was the manager feeding me a line of bull$hit? Why did the driver leave by the door? I know there's contactless delivery, but we did not ask for that. Well sad to say, the driver screwed themselves out of a nice tip. We always pay with a card...
