MDH and I stopped on our way back from Medford to have one of our favorite meals, Pho tai, we were introduced to this most delicious soup in Colorado Springs, CO but have found that it varies widely across the states. I gave this establishment 1 star because of both the quality of the Pho and the customer service was ridiculously poor and the price was high. The Pho was not piping hot enough to cook the beef, the hoisin sauce was doled out in small 2 TBSP size to go containers and when they offered it only half full (1 TBSP) my husband asked politely for more and she reluctantly said she could fill the container up, there was only chili sauce for sale, $1 for a small 2 TBSP container full. There was no sweet basil served with the Pho and the overall flavor of the broth was inferior, comparatively. The price for a bowl of Pho tai was $14.50only 1 size offered and for the pho tai and shrimp was $16.00. To the owner of this establishment, I can tell you you will not grow your business until you reevaluate your entire operation. My husband and I Love Pho, we would like to see every restaurant selling Pho be successful, but sadly we will not be returning to your establishment nor will we be...

My Vietnamese partner & I just stopped here for an early dinner on our drive from Portland to San Francisco. I was initially encouraged to see a 4.4 rating on Google maps until I noticed that every restaurant in Grants Pass has an average score over 4.0 on the app. We both had the beef pho (#10 on the menu) and dined in the restaurant. I also had a $4 limeade.

We were very disappointed with the food. First, they did not have fresh spring rolls, they said because rice wrappers are unavailable. (First we'd heard of that.) The pho was made of a tasteless broth, and had a minimum sprinkling of chopped greens, with an ounce of Hoisin sauce, a few pieces of jalapeno, and half of a lime wedge on the side. When I asked for sriracha, they said that they have it but would have to charge us a $1. And unfortunately, the limeade was a weird sour berry mix that I couldn't drink and had to toss. After leaving, we ended up stopping by a fast food restaurant before we got back on the road.

Sorry, guys, this was not a good experience, and we will not be...

First off, this is not a bad place. It is vlean and friendly. The food appears quickly. I had the Beef Pho. The serving bowl is huge, the broth is delectable. However, waaay too heavy on rice noodles. Just too much starch in one serving. The beef is thinly sliced, but still chewy and not flavorful. I suppose one could request more broth and less noodles. Another menu item I ordered was the Salad Roll. Several Romaine leaves rolled around a miniscule amount of shredded cukes. It's like eating a wad of grass with no flavor. The watery shrimp and deli turkey added nothing. The sauces were okay. Everything here is okay. Not bad. Clean, friendly, efficient. I really liked the ginger green iced tea. Very refreshing and delicious. Kind of pricey at $3. Ask for minimal ice. Overall, I believe lots of people like it for a convenient healthy quick bite on lunch break. For me, when I treat myself for a meal out I need more flavor and...

I will preface this by saying that I am a vegetarian. This is for the vegetarian people in the area. Also, due to the fact that I had a limited experience ( i could not try their pho), I gave more starts than I normally would. The food was subpar and we had very small portions. The rice noodles my husband had could be summed up as terrible. Honestly, they weren't even trying to make this a decent dish. His plate consisted of a small amount of cold noodles, very few small pieces of tofu, some onions, carrots and cilantro, and most of its food had a bland taste. I took a sandwich which was somewhat better, but basically way under average. The staff is very busy (basically they wrote they were understaffed). There are no sauces on the table, there are no extra utensils, I felt guilty even asking. We basically to go somewhere else to eat afterwards. I will not return to this place and I do not reccomend it to other people.

Incredibly upset used to eat here allot and the portions have got less and less and prices have increased 50% from prices there website lists after receiving our meal 1 pho 1 banh mi and 2 spring rolls was 42 dollars and portions shown in photos were a real bummer this is the last time we will be eating here and truthfully as a grants pass resident I have heard the same conclusion from many friends that agree the same this Vietnamese pho house used to be a gem with revolving staff and used to be great portions and a constant bone broth staple things have really slid downhill even speaking to the staff they didn’t care and told me they weigh there portions just makes a pho hungry patron not want to support this business anymore!
