La Burrita — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I ordered takeout from here a few days ago and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I waited over an hour for my food, I’m which it was cold, flavorless, and over priced. My tacos came without guacamole which the menu said it did, and it has a ridiculous amount of cut onions on it: I couldn’t taste anything else. I also ordered a tamale and only ate one bite because it was disgusting, drenched in a watery sauce and tasted like a bland soup with corn bread. I will never be going here again. They also made me pay right when I came in for my order so I couldn’t even leave after waiting for so long, because I would have. They said over the phone 20-30minutes wait but once I got there it was more like an hour...

My husband and I went here for dinner and the food was Un-edible . He ordered his normal chipotle, chicken. I got the Chicken and rice. His dinner had whole chipotle peppers, as though they just opened a can of chipotles and dumped them on the chicken. My dinner was covered in a sauce that tasted like mayonnaise. It was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever been served. The waiter told us he was going to have our meals refunded the next day. Here it’s days later and instead of a refund on the dinner they charged us more than our original bill. We have tried calling to speak with a manager and are told she is not in. Tonight we had the two 5 star meals that keep us coming back often. Grilled Chicken Super Burrito which is hands down the best burrito in town, and Pollo a la Crema which is consistently great and full flavor. The size to cost of the super burrito makes it an un-beatable value! Unlike some places that only have a couple ingredients in their burritos this one is full up with everything a real knife and fork size meal, and both of these dishes could be for two people. The service at times is below average, bringing this rating down.
