IT WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER IF I COULD GO THROUGH THE WHOLE STORE FOR I HAVE SPENT $$ SO MUCH I SHOULD HAVE MY NAME ON THE DOOR I HAVE BOUGHT FROM HARBOR FREIGHT FOR AT LEAST 35 YEARS MY FIRST ITEM I BOUGHT FROM HARBOR FREIGHT WAS A DRILL I FOUND A MAIL ORDER CATALOG IT WAS SO COOL FOR IT HAD EVERY THING IN THERE THE DRILL WAS VERY HEAVY MADE OF REAL METAL I HAD TO ORDER IT FROM LOS ANGELES, CA. I WOULD STILL HAVE IT IF I HAD NOT LENT IT TO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A FRIEND BUT HE LOVE IT MORE THEN HE FELT I DID I HAD THAT DRILL FOR OVER 25 YEARS & I BET IT IS STILL WORKING . WELL TO GET TO THE POINT I AM DISABLED NOW FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS & MY BEING ABLE TO BUY FROM MY HARBOR FREIGHT STORE IS ALMOST OUT OF THE QUESTION FOR I CAN'T WALK BUT A FEW STEPS SO IF YOU COULD FIND IT IN YOUR HART TO HELP A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER IT WOULD BE SO NICE TO HAVE ONE OF THE RIDING SCOOTER LIKE YOU FIND AT SAFEWAY THAT WAY I COULD SHOP THROUGH THE WHOLE HARBOR FREIGHT STORE IN GRANTS PASS OREGON WHERE I HAVE LIVED FOR 61 YEARS PLEASE THINK ABOUT WHAT I HAVE ASK THERE IS SO MEANY OF US THAT LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT FOR WE OLD BOYS HAVE TO HAVE A HOBBY & HARBOR FREIGHT IS THE BEST PLACE FOR US TO GET WHAT WE NEED AT A PRICE THAT THINGS SHOULD COST & HARBOR FREIGHT HAS A LIFE TIME WARRANT ON SO MUCH OF THERE ITEMS I HAVE NEVER HAD TO TAKE ANYTHING THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM HARBOR FREIGHT BACK BUT ONE WRENCH & IT WAS MORE MY FALT FOR I RAN OVER IT & THE RATCHET WRENCH PART CAME OUT & WOULD NOT STAY IN ANY MORE SO I TOOK IT BACK, THERE WAS KNOW QUESTION ASK ABOUT HOW IT HAPPEN THEY JUST GAVE ME A NEW ONE 😁 THAT IS THE KIND OF POLICY HARBOR FREIGHT HAS HAD FROM DAY ONE 1977 . So i had to return a broken freezer dryer I bought and I called this store and manager told me there was one in stock ! So i went to this place and waited in the line to return the item , (when I told the ladie the issue she was already with out knowing me giving me an attitude like she was racist ) anyways this ladie made me unload the item (witch is super heavy witch I did no problem with no help) , then went to pick up my new item and they created a huge confusion and ended up telling me I had to wait on a line with 20 people again só she could return me my money because they were understaffed (besides when I got there there was huge line and ladie instead been working was vaping on the back) after I unloaded the freezer dryer waited for like 40 minutes , at that point I was already mad so I told her I am not going to wait I will just go get my item and go to another location then she looked at me and told me don’t take anything isn’t yours like I was going to steal something witch is ridiculous because I have money and never would do that !! Bottom of the line this store have a horrible management, is dirty , not organized, person working there is racist and waste of time , I was going to post this witch happened a few weeks ago but was super busy , I will also contact the headquarters of this company to report this ladie and maybe even take legal action against them for being racist and accuse me of something in the front of 20 people !! Went in there for the first time yesterday. The store is set up so meticulously and just looks amazing. Compared to the competition, harbor freight definitely wins the organized and clean categories. I purchased a Chicago electric heavy duty "hot knife" for cutting and shaping of foam products as well as wax products. The tool is fantastic. It has 5 heat settings on a little dial embedded into the handle and a trigger on the underside to heat the knife. I was amazed at how quickly the knife cooled after setting it to maximum heat, it took less than a minute for the "blade" to cool completely. And this thing, let me tell you, is a total game changer. If been working with foam insulation boards for years to make various halloween and Christmas decorations and the entire time if been using a bread knife, which was the least functional tool I think I could've been using. I saw the hot knife in a YouTube tutorial and it's an absolute godsend!

The staff in the store were friendly and helped me find what I needed immediately. The price was comparable to the lowest price I found of similar items online but with the convenience of not having to wait for shipping.
