T.J. Maxx — Local services in Grants Pass

This location is all kinda of screwed up I've had NOTHING but issues trying to shop here Employees break policy all the time to cater to resellers and then LITERALLY scream at kids when they ask about products in store and management (Michelle) not only knows what's going on but she lets it happen I had a friend trying to checkout the other day and the cashier got all excited about what my friend was buying and with management standing right because the cashier she stopped checking my friend out to pull her phone out of her pocket and let her friend know to come pickup the rest of the product to resell and there's so many more stories I have I just don't want to type it all out but I don't recommend coming here unless you'd like to be...

Cute little store (not necessarily something I would say about TJ Maxx), but nonetheless there are some good things inside. I think one big problem is that Ross is nearby, and their clothing ends up being cheaper and is more extensive. So TJ Maxx is popular because it's new, but once the newness wears off the company might want to think about making this store more competitive somehow. I don't see the store lasting long, kind of like what happened to the JC Penny that came before it in that location.

I was in TJ Maxx earlier today It was nice to see the shelves full again with lots of merchandise. The sales people are very friendly and helpful. I still have a problem with their dress code for the employees. The employees are dressed entirely too casual. As friendly as they are and helpful they do not look like business people. I would not go out the house in the clothing they are wearing much less go to work in that attire. There was a young man today when I went in . He had on dress pants and a tie. He looked very professional. I asked the sales girl who he was and she said he was the general manager. The store was clean and as I said earlier the racks were full of clothing, merchandise was on the shelving. It was a great day...
