Tan Republic Grants Pass - Parkway — Local services in Grants Pass

I've patroned Tan Republic for one year and up till today, received good to excellent service and appreciated the consistent promotional pricing. The new, older female, front desk attendant working today (1/28/2024) was Appalling! I've been recovering from long-term illness the past 6 weeks and finally felt well enough to leave the house today to do some things to help feel better. I asked to tan and she expressed some things that limited my ability to tan, which I've never encountered and didn't understand. With an obvious confused look on my face, I sought clarification. She proceeded to express irritation, annoyance, and then stated in a loud, belligerent, condescending, rude, insulting, explicative manner, "DO YOU WANT TO TAN or NOT!!!?" After 6 weeks of recovery, I didn't have the energy to engage whatever she was dealing with. I simply responded, "No", and turned to walk out, while she proceeded to then YELL from behind me, "GREAT! I'LL LET EVERYONE KNOW!" She was clearly stressed and tired, but under NO circumstances is it EVER appropriate to direct that toward a customer as she did, especially unwarranted. I've worked in customer care & service for 25 years and in most professional settings, that type of behavior is Automatic Termination.
