WEEKEND BEER COMPANY — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Prices are WAY too high for all the booths there other than the pizza. The owners of the weekend practice unethical business practices. And are anticompetitive. Apparently knowing people at city call is how you keep a monopoly on the customer base in your area. Would not recommend. When you choose to not play fair you get reviews to help people understand where your loyalty and respect is... Do better, we're all in this together.

Reply, the 6 companies you work with PAY you for the space to be there. People who might set up across the street from you with say, a better burrito shop, suddenly get the health inspector called on them after the owner of the Weekend starts to threaten them for setting up across the street from them. And then magically, the city comes back and says that the space approved for the new food truck was approved "by mistake" and then is revoked 2 months after the fact. Your business model is fragile and does not deserve my business if that is how you see how people should be treated. There is more than enough to go around but a terrified view of scarcity harbors unethical choices. You lost my business and I tell EVERYONE that supporting your business is helping those that would not care to help others.

Beers are honestly so so. They do alot more IPA than anything else. Plus it seems like it should be more of a weekend daycare center for people and their children. I want to enjoy good beer and food. Not people with their obnoxious children. That's who they cater most to and absolutely won't be back. Dogs there are more well behaved than people's kids! This is from multiple times being there which is pathetic. I dont want to drink beer and deal with people's kids. Leave kids at home. Seriously, used to be better when they were in the middle of town before they catered to people that let their kids run around screaming and who annoy paying customers who will spend money there. Valentino's is not worth the price you pay for a burger and add on onion rings, you're better off going to Burger King. Tacomania you're better off going to their actual location in merlin. Just honestly not worth the money to pay to put up with...

Updated 3-19-2024 Busy place tonight as they had trivia night at Weekend Beer. We ordered delicious tacos and a giant burrito from Tacomania to enjoy with a cider and seltzer from Weekend. Yum!!!

Wednesday Music nights are my favorite. UPDATE 2-14-2023 They made a batch of my favorite beer- Bier de Garde! We had a pint to celebrate. We took home a few cans too.

I LOVE this place! The beer and food are great. They have a jalapeno apple cider that is not too hot but a huge cut above regular ciders.
