Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Granville

I eat at Jersey Mike’s often. My regular stop is Butler PA followed by Wexford PA, and both have good food, great staff and they are clean and I go back often. This place is a mess compared to what I expect from JM! The staff was more worried about their seen phones and weekend plans hanging around in the back, than the customer. The bathroom was a train wreck, and the trash in the front eating area had its lid knocked iff and laying in the floor exposing all the garbage right beside a table, the prep area was a mess and the toppings were all almost empty, and all the chairs were not neatly pushed in at the tables, but instead were just all over the place. I think some serious training is needed here. I assume they were all college students who just don’t care. The food was OK, but I never had a sub put together like this at a Jersey Mikes. Please train the staff to better represent your brand! Maybe hire a new manager while you’re at it. It was so cold inside we went to the Hampton Inn and ate on...

Was so excited to try out this place. I ordered a roast beef and provolone sandwich and my husband ordered the meatball. When I got home and opened my sandwich I noticed the roast beef looked pale compared to what I’m used to. It had a slight smell and when I tried it it tasted weird. I had my husband try it and he thought it tasted off. Shortly after I came down with stomach issues and so did my husband. My daughter had something for lunch from another restaurant and didn’t come down with what we had, so unfortunately I think we got food poisoning. I’ve doordashed from you all 3 times, only once has it been right. Now I’m stuck footing a 12 dollar tip, the fees etc and I only get refunded for the sandwich lol. So ~$17ish dollars I’ve completely lost, and a giant sub I can’t eat because of the mayo. So I will not be going back to this location. Hope they open a new one in the area and staff it with more attentive people. The one time my sub was right it was amazing. Other than that there is nothing at this store, maybe going in would be a better alternative, but as for doordash, I highly highly highly recommend something else. If you’re dying for it just drive...
