POOR service and EMPLOYEES. Time 6:27pm
I waited at the bar for about 8 mins while both bartenders took orders. I even had a whole conversation with the guy next to me before I was seen. I actually had to say Rachel’s name from reading the guys receipt to get some service. Shortly after, I ordered wings and fries to go. I inquired about the wings to go special which was issue #1 for Rachel. I asked how long and she non-chalantly said 12mins. I was like whoa, you didn’t bother letting me know it was a wait and I already paid. Noted. Besides this interaction.- I literally was speaking on how much crunch time I have to get a drink and at-least get food to go while conversing with the guy next to me. This wasn’t looking like a great idea.🙆🏾♂️.
As it came time for my boarding to end at D31, I ran back a total of 3 times from gate D31(literally down the stairs) allowed me to check-in on the order. The second time I ran back I said to the manager with the glasses “you can cancel the order”. When I ran back the last time, I asked about the order AGAIN with RACHEL and she carelessly walks in the back as I mention my flight was waiting on me. Some short-skinny masculine strutting woman came out like “what’s going on?!?” I didn’t yell, scream or point etc,(everyone deserved it playing with people’s time and money) She says you told him to cancel it. I say “it’s an order that was already being made. How is that?” (If we are counting down from the 12min mark RACHEL mentioned). She says again “you said to cancel it”. No courtesy, no concern and no empathy. A bunch of bravado and unhappy workers. This is horrible customer service.
I waited 8 mins to be serviced then told 12mins for a to-go order when you knew that was the objective… Following that, where in Jesus sandals was I running from so quickly to check in. NASTY WORK!
I hope the manager canceled my order as I requested…I should be getting a refund. CORRECT!

I can’t tell you how many times i have been eating spicy wings without the server checking on me and the fact i have been needing water for several minutes. Most of the time they try to charge extra for the celery that comes with the wings if you ask. The last time i tried to eat they took my order and never brought my drink…can you understand my frustration just trying to be treated as a paying patron!? I went to get my own when i noticed the waitress pointing at me with a couple other of her coworkers hiding in the kitchen. After asking for a manager the bar tender yells across the floor that “that pilot is banned!” Imagine being a customer that is almost always left with no drink or overcharged being banned because you tell the floor manager. I have been told a complaint was filed against me from the waitress who sat there texting most of my meal instead of checking tonsee if i was needing more water. Read moreWhile waiting on my flight we stopped in for food and drinks. The bartender Jesse is unprofessional. He only wants to bring the food and drink minus the customer service. During the staff change we decided not to close our tab with Jesse because we didn't like the service we got. While trying to enjoy our meal, Jesse (who said he was leaving by the way) and another guy started talking about non work- sportssaring pictures on each other phones and other stuff. I felt it was rude to stand in front of just the 2 of us and hold a full convo without even asking if we needed anything or at least move to the other end of the bar where other customers could feel what I felt. I asked for the manager and turns out the manager was the other guy talking with off the clock Jesse. After I complained Jesse says while fi ally leaving I guess "well this is a sports bar."
