Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Grapevine

I ordered lunch at the airport location. The order taker was suppose to give me sauce but never did. He rudely told me they don't sell certain items. His name was Christop. My name was called and the bag had no sauce and all wrong meals. I politely asked for sauce and the lady walked away. I asked for sauce again by another lady and she said the cashier was suppose to give it to me. They then tried to give me back the bag with the wrong order. I showed them my receipt and they left. They called out numerous other orders. I finally requested an up date and they acted like they knew nothing about it. The lady took my receipt and I continued to wait another 10 minutes. Still they delivered meals to others and never updated me. I requested another update and I wanted my receipt back. The lady Tanishia sternly told me "it's in the bag" and even though I was showing her it was not in there and I need that receipt for business reasons. She left without saying anything then came back with my receipt.

The milkshake had so much cookie and cream fillers in it I could not drink it. The grilled chicken nuggets were over cooked and fell apart when eating. I was disgusted by the trash cans. I never once heard "my...

Went to this Chick-fil-a near gate C24 for a quick snack. As I was in line, the menu changed from breakfast to lunch. I was eager for the crispy hash browns, but I would settle for some chicken nuggies. The employee that took my order was very kind, and I asked if they had any breakfast sandwiches left over, or hash browns, that I would kindly take them off their hands, so they didn’t go to waste.

They, very politely may I say, asked one of the presumed managers if they had any left over. They were greeted by a terribly angry woman who essentially barked at him yelling it’s not breakfast anymore. I felt the need to apologize to the employee just for asking a simple question because of her rude and angry response back at him.

The chicken nuggets I ordered came out quickly, prices are slightly inflated due to being inside an airport. I received 8 nuggets, and some extra crumbles, so that was an added bonus.

I can’t believe that Chick Fil A allows this place to operate. Employees are rude, food does not taste like Chick Fil A. I ordered my meal and while I was waiting I took a drink of my soda and realized that they gave Diet Coke when I ordered a Pibb. I asked an employee if he could switch it out and he mumbled something at me and walk away. I asked another employee that was standing next to the manager and the manager ignored me and the other employee would not just fill it up. She said I had to go back to the person that made the drink and would not fill it at her station. When I finally got the person that filed my drink to help me he insisted that he put in the right drink. I told him well maybe someone put the wrong soda on the line and han to convince him to switch out my drink.
