Being a restaurant in a hotel, the standards are low. Given that unless you get through TSA there's virtually nothing within 15 minutes, the bar was set extra low. Their competition in a lounge and a steakhouse in the same hotel.
The menu looked fine. Nothing too 'wow' inducing. Wait staff and hostess were excellent, and largely why I have a five star. Food was good. Flavorful, unique, and good portions. My steak was ordered medium, came out medium well, bordering on well in places. I expect restaurants to err on a medium, but I'm fine with everything from medium rare to medium well. The manager and waiter were extremely apologetic, hard working, and offered to replace the steak for me.

The staff were incredibly attentive and worked together seamlessly .. it felt like they genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. I went with the chopped brisket sandwich, and to my surprise, it was really good. Juicy, flavorful, and served just right. Every bite was perfect.
