McDonald's — Restaurant in Grapevine

Service is ridiculous at this location. I ordered on the mobile app, and one of the workers refused to give me the sauce cups that were included on my order ticket because the system itself didn't charge a price for the sauce. She wanted to, I guess, charge me separately for just sauce cups, even though I ordered on the app and added every sauce cup to the order itself. I didn't ask for any extra sauce that was not included on my ticket. If there's a price for extra cups, the app should charge it. Also, I paid for my order through the app and didn't bring any extra money, so even if I wanted to pay for the sauce, I may not have had enough money on hand to do so. The whole point of paying through the app is to not have to do that at the location. Anyway, the young lady, who I guess was the manager working for the evening, was rude and unreasonable over just some condiments. I usually go to the McDonald's off Rte 13, but I went to this one on W Main. I won't be doing that again. How is it that the system says the sauce cups are free, but the workers get to ring them up after the fact? Anything that needs to be paid for should be added into the order if it's in the order before checkout. Poor practices, poor service, and ignorant workers. Do not recommend. Go to the one on Rte 13. Excellent, efficient, friendly, full service McDonald's! This location is in the "high" end of terminal A, near gate A35. Always very busy, due to it's popular location, the staff associates are great at keeping the line moving and serving customers quickly. This terminal A location serves most all the popular McDonald's food items you expect and crave. The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is always excellent. In my observation, most customers appear to be ordering their food and beverage items and taking to the gate and/or flights. However, if you have extra time in between flights in DFW, there is a McDonald's dining area directly across the hall from the order and pickup service counter area. Although there are several other McDonald's locations throughout the terminals at DFW, this location is my favorite. In my opinion, it is by far the friendliest and most efficient!

Order through a kiosk. It double charged us for a large order. When I brought it up to the store and they were very rude. The first person I asked not only forgot 2 of our sandwiches but also told me to get back in a very long line to fix their mess up. Horrible experience with terrible customer service. I have been to a lot of McDonald's and this is the absolute worst one and will never come back even though I fly through here often. Gave $86 for a $43 order for my family and it was wrong. When we asked about after walking to our gate noticed the sandwiches missing. When we walked 5 minutes back they told us there is nothing they can do. Not sure how they could have messed this us anymore or had worse customer experience. ...
