We love Braum’s and stopped at this location on our way through Great Bend. We ordered four meals, and ALL of them were incorrect in some way. One burger had no toppings; one was the completely wrong burger (the correct burger was on the receipt), and the other two had toppings requested to be left off. Given what we witnessed when placing our order, we considered complaining but didn’t figure it would be worth it. While ordering, the young boy taking our order was paying zero attention to us; there was a young girl behind the counter barking orders and being rude to other employees in front of customers, which I felt was unprofessional and inappropriate, adding to the chaos behind the counter.
I then made the mistake of getting back in line to order a milkshake before leaving. The same young girl was still barking orders at the other employees, and it was apparent she was confusing the employees on who should be making what for orders, and in this confusion, my milkshake order somehow got forgotten. I stood waiting patiently for some time. No milkshakes were being made, so I had to go up and ask for my milkshake, which they then made.
Unfortunately, we were not the only ones who experienced this service, and the frustration was apparent. While waiting, I watched numerous other customers approach the counter to have issues with their orders corrected. There is no organization, efficiency, or attention to detail, so save your time and go somewhere else if you’re looking for a place to eat...
Read moreI don't remember ever having a bad experience at a Braum's, but that changed tonight. The food was still top notch, but the service was way below standard. The lady taking our order had terrible listening skills and we picked up on it right away, so we repeated our orders and asked her if she got that. My daughter order a sandwich that you could get with chicken or hamburger. She repeated she wanted chicken at least twice and still got a hamburger. I ordered ice cream and told her I wanted to pay for it now, but didn't want it until after I ate. The next thing I know, a few minutes later I'm getting handed my ice cream. I told them I said I didn't want it until after I ate and her shift manager got upset with me. Then when I did go up to get my ice cream, I overheard them talking about us, blaming the whole situation on us. What's up with kids these days that they refuse to take responsibility for their own irresponsible actions? This store is a joke and we won't ever...
Read moreI came the Braums in Great Bend, KS after hearing how good the food and service was. I was totally floored to see how rude the lady was that took my order. First off she said good morning, smiled at every customer in line before me and we I came up to order she totally ignored me for about 30 seconds. Then when I ordered she seemed as if my order wasn't important and proceeded to say hey your order is here! Not saying sir your order is here, like she did everyone else before me. Then one of my hash browns fell out of the bag, this lady had the nerve to say hey here's one of your hash browns do you want it? I said to myself is this lady serious. Thank God I'm a saved individual. Also the breakfast was horrible, I'll never have their breakfast again and I'll never come here again. Maybe she treats all people of color like this!
