City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Great Falls

So unfortunately me and my girlfriend come here all the time! About a month ago we received a coffee with caramel and whipped cream on top with a lid that was way too big for the cup so when it was handed to my girlfriend she put it in the cup holder and as we pulled out she went to pick it up and take a drink and it landed all over her car, all over her!We were just headed our way to a meeting and now my girlfriend and car was covered in frappe so I turned around I went inside and I asked him how they can make it right I talked to the manager was super kind, and she said that she would give me a full refund because the damage done to the car and half off coupons which at this point I wasn't satisfied but also knew that I had to get going. I took the cards in the refund and I left she told me the manager said that they will no longer use those lids and I hadn't seen him in a couple weeks but I also had been tipping quite frequently and quite good the last week I forgot to tip I didn't have the money on me so I went through the drive-thru and was handed another cup without a lid on it that fit so yet again my car was covered in their coffee I called up there to tell them that they're not supposed to be using those lids and was told that they use those lids for non tippers and then was hung up on I'm waiting to talk to the manager I guess she's not there as I was told by the employees until 12:00 but Lily and whoever was working was rude hung up on me and I will never ever go get coffee there again a tip out of coffee shop should be appreciated not expected and there should not be retaliation for not giving one !!!!!!!! I hope they fix the issue and at this point it ain't the lids it's the employees and...

I love love this place ..never have I been here before and I switched over from Starbucks …and I’m only giving this a 5 star cuz I love the coffee and every other time the gals have been amazing 🤩…this time when my drink was made the only guy who was working made my drink and There were some leftovers… well so I thought that he was pouring it in the cup and adding caramel drizzle on it to give us the extra well no that wasn’t the case as I was driving off I saw him drinking the drink that I had paid for that I had paid for soy milk that I had paid for extra shots so he had drinking my money that I had paid for!!!! That’s extremely disappointing I was debating on contacting the people who own and or run this brand new location I wish I would’ve got the kids name because he was the one who took my order it was on 11th June in the evening time around 8:15pm or so!!!! Hopefully this will never happen again as that was extremely disappointing and kind of gross at the same time you could tell he was embarrassed as I drove away because he put down the cup really fast lol….they made it up to me …haha...

I love City Brew it's one of my favorite coffee places. But I suggest going to the west side one. The 10th ave one is horrible. They are rude, forget items, rush you through your order, and get the order wrong. I've given it 3 chances to see if maybe it was just a 1 time or even 2 time mess up. But at this point it's disappointing 😔 My favorite drink is a large chocolate covered Carmel frappe with an extra shot and extra Carmel. But of course they forgot to put my extra shot and it tastes bland. First time they left me waiting for my order for over 45 mins because the lady at the desk "forgot to enter it in" even though I had paid. And when I asked what was taking so long they acted like I was lying about ordering. SMH and then she slammed my drink down in front of me when I did get it. Overall love the coffee but only go...
