I was told by another customer they had a 30 day return policy. Apparently they don't even have a 24 hour return policy anymore. Workers must get approval from "corporate" before any returns are performed. After 2 cracked pods in a brand new vape in less than 24 hours, I requested an exchange for a different style of vape. "Corporate" rejected my request. I want to emphasize that I was an unhappy customer who was sold junk in this store, I gave them the chance to make me a happy customer, and they refused to make sure I was a happy customer. Bad form.
