Wendy's — Restaurant in Great Falls

I don’t even know where to begin — this place has been an absolute nightmare. This is the fourth time they’ve gotten my order wrong. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere else. They can’t even follow simple instructions. I asked for a JR Bacon Cheeseburger and two Classic Crispy Chicken Burgers, but they keep messing it up.

I drove 5 miles home only to find items missing again. I had to drive all the way back, frustrated and yelling, and to make things worse, I’m hearing impaired, and the communication was a disaster. They didn’t try to make it any easier.

I’m writing this as a heads-up to others: this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They’re careless with the food, and honestly, the food isn’t even that good. I spent nearly $40 on a meal that would’ve been better at Applebee’s — at least there, I’d get a decent steak.

I’ll never come to that place again. This location should be investigated, and some of the careless workers need to be fired. Hire people who actually know how to read and write — I...

Ordered through the drive thru with it moving timely. Staff was friendly but only gave one BBQ sauce for two orders of chicken nuggets and two orders of fries. Otherwise, food was good.

Next visit was on Veterans day for breakfast... Denny's was flooded so we headed here and it was empty. Awesome service, my food was ready before my wife even had her order in!

Wendy's is always a good spot for a quick bite ❤️ but sometimes they are a little too quick and mess up your order. Which is a bummer once you have sat down and taken a nice big bite only to realize it's the ghost pepper sandwich they gave you when you ordered the original.
