Manager Isai today was very disrespectful and unprofessional today. I have never put in a complaint on anyone before because I get it. We have bad days, but today I need to put in a complaint because I don’t want another customer to be spoken to as I was today. Not sure if he will even get in trouble for this, but I went through the drive through on my lunch today to get food. Got to the first window. The gentleman at the window said did you have the hamburgers I said I had the hot and spicy and double cheese burger. Read me back my amount which was $10 and something change. Gave him my card no problem. Put The receipt on my passenger side chair. Get to the second window and the Second Gentleman handed me two drinks. I said I only had one drink. That’s when he said.” It’s looks like you were charged the wrong order let me go fix that for you.” I was shocked and said okay. Looked at the receipt and saw I did get charged $40. I’m glad the gentleman caught the mistake. Then out of no where Isai opens the window and says, “ next time make sure to verify your order before paying because then you won’t get charged the wrong amount.” I said excuse me. I’m on the phone with my finance and he just heard what was said to me and said, “ did he really just speak to you that way” he repeated him self after I said excuse me and before I could even say what I wanted to say he had all ready taken my card and shut the window in my face before I could finish my sentence. I’m in complete shock that I was just spoken to this way. Plus it was out of left field with the attitude . I was nothing but respectful to everyone and to be treated like that was uncalled for. I am very disappointed in my experience today. I will not be going back to this location again. No apologies at all for being disrespectful too. When I went back in to let him know that he really upset me with how he handled it. all he had to say was,” I refunded you the money so what’s the problem”… you’re the problem. That’s the problem. Read moreWe went to this location for my son to grab a quick burger and asked for an ice water when we got to the speaker to give him our order number. The guy said yeah and to pull up to the window. When we got to the window I was asked to pay for a large drink. I told them I had only wanted an ice water. I was told that the medium was free and the large they had to charge for. I told them I was never asked and did not request a large. If I was going to be charged for a drink I would have asked for something other than water. I gave them my credit card and then asked them how to file a complaint. The guy was rude and did not understand what was being asked. When I got to the next window I was met by a female that had a name tag that said manager. I tried having a conversation with her and she did not speak English hardly and she had several other workers talking over her trying to help but only making it worse and they really did not know what was going on. I was then asked to move up to the last window where I ran into another female manager who stated that she could help me and that she was at the store to fix it's issues. I tried to explain my concern and she became disrespectful when she cut me off a couple times. I told her that I would just give a review. I also wanted her to know that many other people we knew between families and school kids that have had continued service issues.
