Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Greeley

Several times I have been back and forth ordering pizzas without onions, and several times I've seen them bring the pizza out with onions and I asked to have it remade. Every time they give me grief, the first time I return the pizza and they repackaged it and gave it back to me with onions on it still, but they said there are no onions on it and I have to show them what onions truly look like . So I finally got the pizza that I desired and went home and figured I would try again, this time I went in tonight and ordered the pizza without onions and thin crust, there were onions on it so I returned it without leaving the store . The girl actually proceeded in picking the onions off and said there's only three on the pizza, and I pointed out another onion and I said no they're probably underneath also. She said no some onions get into the The other toppings and that's what happened. But for her to pick through the pizza and try to give it back to me was absolutely disrespectful when I asked for a new pizza, I don't know what's going on with this location but it is absolutely an F In customer service. They have the nerve to take that pizza being instructed by another coworker and repackage in it for sale. Hopefully they will let them know they have been pulling stuff out of that pizza, although they didn't use bare hands it is still extremely disrespectful. I doubt very much we will be going back obviously the management does not have control on who is...

Three stars because in the past they've always been fabulous ... however, today's experience was far from stellar. First of all I ordered drive up and sat there for about 4 minutes and no one showed. So I drove around to the front to go in the store and was not even greeted ... I stood at the cash register no one seemed to care that I was there and when they finally did talk to me they pointed to a rack in the middle of the store and said my pizza was there. My pizza was not there. My salad was not there. So I went back up caught the young man's attention again and said my pizza wasn't there... he looked around then he went to the back where the drive-thru is and my pizza was there. He then pulled a salad out of the cooler and plopped it on top of my pizza. I turned to leave and I happened to notice how dirty the store seemed. The floor didn't look clean and when I went to open the door to leave the door was thick with fingerprints and looked disgusting. They deserve one star for their service today but they got three because in the past they've been much better than...

Ordered a call in pizza on a Tuesday night. We were able to pick up through the drive thru. Paid for the pizza, kids pizza and salad. I was handed a stuffed pizza. Told them I did NOT order a stuffed pizza (personally do not like them at all). Was said “well sorry.” Pulled around front to walk in an ask what type of pizza it was..it was a Bacon Chicken Stuffed Pizza. During my call in o ordered an original Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza. Completely wrong pizza. There mistake not mine. Was told I would to buy a new one Even though it was there mistake. Was not given any other option.
