Starbucks — Restaurant in Greeley

So disappointed...first didn't get any of the free cups and didn't have any care that they.were running the special today. We spent 15 dollars on 3 small drinks that we will never get back. The peppermint hot chocolate was watery, warm at best and tastes like chemicals. The vanilla bean frappe was not vanilla flavored and tasted just like ice milk. The creme brulee was warm at best and not very flavorful. I will say a lot of the problem was lack of personality from the gal taking the orders and the barista making the drinks really should take a lot more time and care when making drinks. You can't make 3 drinks appropriately in less than 3 minutes and expect them to be done right. We will never waste anymore money at...

Absolute worst customer service. As someone who gets Starbucks nearly everyday, super disappointed in the disrespect from this location. I had asked for almond milk - that’s it… and she informed me they were out. I asked how they were out if they were a facility in a grocery store, not knowing they were only allowed to use almond milk that comes through corporate. How would I know that? Really hit or miss with this location. I get the macchiato and often times the espresso tastes burnt or like the machine hasn't been cleaned, not sure but doesn't taste right. On multiple occasions they have out of stock food items, syrups, and milk substitutions.
