Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Green Bay

Me and my wife went last saturday ,green bay east. Wasnt busy at all and i can see why? We where seated ordered. Waiting or sodas came. Then about 5 ? Ten minutes, A couple sat behind my wife and and and three ladys at table across from use, they ordered of menu not specails either. We still where waiting, both the other tables came in after use there food came, still or order did not ? come? My wife asked, the waiter , he went to check? O will be coming soon be 5?10? Minutes? Ok that happens? Sitting another 5 or so minutes manger came over? He was sorry was a mix up anything he could do? He said will be another 5? 10? Minutes? Told him i suppose, it happens ? At same time manger came over table behind use ordered food right after manger came over, they order off menu not specails . Other 2 table came in after use where done eating by know and leaving? But we where talking we waited few more minutes table that just ordered when manger said sorry for screw up , My wife said o here comes or order ? Nope wasnt or order and that table ordered food after manger sas id sorry screw up? We still waited, i was just getting ready to say screw it and leave after another 5 or so minutes , food finally came?at this point my wife was hungry, so we stayed. After all that waiting my wife only ordered , there specail they had for the day and i asked for a hamburger , . Besides when we ordered i was asked if wanted pink or well done, i asked pink please , sob was eadges where black bun was soaked bbq sauce bottom bun was mush? My wife said send it back , told her no f way, It take another hour to get another one and my back was killing me ,. I just wanted to get done and leave , . . Think they would say hay or mistake take something off bill??? Nope , We have gone to west gb Apple bee before never had a problem? We never went east gb before and i never again will i either , never had problem west side ? It wasnt even buisy when we where there, there where 4?5? Wait staff at time , bs ing at the front check in with nothing to do ?? If it was this screwed up Saturday, wont wanted to go there , Next day during Super bowl ? Lucky can only give a 1 star think should be...

where do i start.ive came to applebees alot in the past year.most of the time ive had great experiences but within the last month i have seen this location decline in performance and quality.this was my go to after work for about a year now with work associates and weekend nights with friends or some times even family.ive never had an issue with applebees up until this month.over the last few weeks ive came in with my husband and our two kids and a few times spent at the bar with friends and grandparents.the food and the drinks and the staff has always been amazing but lately ive experienced alot of cold and just really well bad food.for example i ended up getting my usual witch was chicken Alfredo and ive found the noodles lately to feel rather plastic like and the Alfredo to be quite room temperature.ive not only had problems with food but staff.a few times we were hosted by a younger lady named ivy.some days she would be very polite but alot of times if we asked for extra sauces or drinks she made us feel as if we were asking too much.sometimes we would even be stared down or given dirty looks.i get people have bad days but none of what ive experienced has been necessary.. i believe it was last weekend or the weekend before me and my husband along with a family member and her fiancee we sat at the bar and we were being tend to by i believe a romi i believe is his name.we have had no issues with him before and hes always been very kind and light spirited but i couldn't help but over hear his conversations with other staff preferably the younger looking girl whos name i dont have.all i can say is the topic of conversation was very VERY inappropriate for a workplace exspesially a restaurant were little kids are present after that weekend i stopped bringing our kids there.i dont think he is an issue as a person but the conversation with a girl who was obviously a minor was extremely alarming as a mother.other then the food being bad here and there and the very select few employees being disrespectful.applebees will still be a favorite but i dont think i can continue to come here as a go to restaurant or at least until the food situation and staffing issues...

Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday and I wanted to bring the family here so that she could experience the employees singing happy birthday and for her to get her first sundae; but the experience was not so pleasant.

As soon as we enter, I told the greeters I would like a table for 9 people; 4 adults and 5 children as my brother and his family was joining us. Right away, the other gentleman standing to our left made an comment that he forgot it was Monday in an irritated tone. At first, I wonder what he meant by that comment until we were seated and I notice a sign saying ‘kids eat for 99 cent’

After we order our drinks, I mention to our server that we were here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. She responded that she will get her sundae but will not be able to sing as there was not a lot of employees working tonight. I politely acknowledged but noticed 6 employees sitting and talking right by the door (next to our table), two managers, and 3 other servers walking around. I’m not sure how many employees were needed to sing.

My children had a blast as we do not take them out to eat at restaurants often but my husband and especially I was not happy the way we were treated tonight.
