I was overcharged. I told the cashier, he denied it. After I did the math out loud for the both of us he admitted it BUT told me there was nothing he could do, they weren't allowed to do refunds. I said, that isn't acceptable, you can't just overcharge me then keep the money. He offered me more food, I said no and I want my money, not a lot of money but on principle. He then gave me money out of his tip jar. I told him he shouldn't have to do that but I took it and told him I would call the manager and talk to them about it, mistakes happen and they have to have a way to fix it. I called and spoke to the manager, she was rude from the beginning. She told me employees weren't allowed to do refunds because too many of them were stealing, but they could leave a note and the manager would do a refund. I said if that's the case why wouldn't the employee just have done that and if they can't trust their employees to not steal from them how do I know they won't steal from me, and how can I trust them to maintain sanitary conditions? She hung up on me. I was at no time nasty, vulgar, or loud. I called back and asked who her supervisor was, she told me she didn't have one. I said I was pretty sure she wasn't the highest ranking employee in the whole Subway system. She then gave me the name of the owner and told me if I could figure out how to get a hold of him I could talk to him. I called a different subway who was owned by the same person. They told me they would have him call me. I never heard from him. Again, it was only a couple dollars but that was seriously some of the most ridiculous business...

   Read moreThis place needs help, not only is it dirty...half the time u don't know if anyone even works there, and when they do show up, it feels like u might be inconveniencing them, it's just ridiculous...and everytime I ask for a meatball sub, they never have meatballs, wth...seriously at least a dozen times that has happened, and there stations are filthy, you order your sub you get it, then u open it...then u notice that half of the stuff they didn't clean up is stuck to your sandwich, just gross...they need someone who actually cares to run that place, people will get sick 🤢 if it continues down that road, anyway avoid at all cost, unless u just gotta have it, then good...
