I recently visited this Starbucks location that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The entire experience was marred by the rude behavior of the manager and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
First and foremost, my drink order was completely wrong. Instead of rectifying the mistake, the manager argued that it was prepared correctly, despite it being clear to anyone with basic taste buds that it wasn’t. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability and professionalism.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss the issue further, the manager’s attitude took an unacceptable turn. She not only dismissed my concerns but also threw my sandwich into my car, displaying an appalling lack of respect for both me and my property.
As a loyal customer, I expected better from a company that prides itself on delivering quality products and exceptional service. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.
I strongly urge Starbucks to address this incident promptly. Customers should not have to endure such disrespectful treatment. I hope my review serves as a wakeup call for the management to reevaluate their customer service practices and ensure incidents like these are never repeated.
In the future, I will be hesitant to visit this particular Starbucks location, and I encourage others to think twice before doing so as well. It’s truly disheartening to witness such a decline in the once stellar reputation...
Read moreThis is the worse customer service I have experienced and the longest wait times, even for a simple order. Often times, I have found that if you order multiple items, you'll only receive one and have to ask for the rest of it (which is not prepared and not being prepared. They ask you what you had). Rude customer service is the norm (except Jonathan and Becca are GREAT!). Much of the staff is incredibly incompetent and again rude when you try to ask a question or question your bill/ order. Today when I went in, there were at least 3 - 4 staff members standing around and talking very loudly about inappropriate things. It was distracting and unbecoming. My mobile order was also nowhere to be found, despite the fact I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order. I had to wait an addition 5 minutes after letting them know.
The drive through will often be at least a 20 minute wait time. The interior is small and the tables are so small it's uncomfortable if you go in there for studying. There is not even enough room for a small lap top and a book on the table tops. The interior is also dirty and bathrooms are severely neglected.
I have tried this location multiple times because it is close to my home and I thought the horrible experiences I've had may have been a fluke, but each time there is something new to add to list...

Thought it would be different this time in the drive thru. Don't bother calling and complaining, manager can't even make you happy with free drink for next time. Yes, already reached out last time. Gave my info. Manager called me a few days later. Told her what happened. She says thanks for letting me know...and then some excuses, the end. Still doesn't make things better. Last time it was several drinks and a couple food items we ate long before drinks were done.
