I only gave this two stars because there was one very great employee who just made me want to find him a better job. This was my first time ordering from this location- might I add. I ordered around 5:02pm on the mobile app in the parking lot, to be specific, and then waitied about 10/12 minutes befoer going into the store. When I went in the guy was nice and stated it was taking a while, I understood and asked if they might have a estimated time; he just really wasnt sure due to being swamped, again understandable. I went to my car with my kiddos and we waited another 25/ 30 minutes and then I went in and checked again- still not ready, still unsure on completion time, went back to the car to wait again. Finally at 6:02pm the app told me my order was ready. I went in right away to retreve it and was told they just put it out and someone else must have took it. I was completely dumfounded. The origional guy I dealt with was again very personable and wanted to help, whereas the guy with a black with red strigs head covering was extremely rude, he stated they weren't going to remake the food and there was nothing he could do / was going to do. At that point I was livid, I can't even lie about that, my patience were more than thin and we were just hungry and wanted to go home. To back track they stated refund was not an option because no manager was there to do it. The man with the head covering tried to kick me out stating again there was nothing he could do but added I should take it up with door dash- I ordedred through the app and said that as well. I was not leaving without my money back or my food- period, and I said that. The very nice employee gave my kiddos a icee while we waited. Another man I had not seen yet came up and checked for my oreder (it was a bit of a scene at that point), he then told me they could remake it as I ordedred thorugh them directly, then preceeded to tell the guy with the head covering the same thing and lectured why they didn't check and just make it. The very nice guy from before also came up to me an apologized and gave me a few cupons. The guy with the head covering went up to him and lectured him on doing that stating that if they do that and give into people they will come back and do it again. I was about ready to blow up (but didn't), my food took an hour originally and was taken under their watch- mind you I came in twice prior to check and immediay when the app showed me and I stayed refreshing that page so I got it right away! I was so ready to go home; so me getting a bit out of carachter to defend myself and get what I paid for was not me trying to "pull one over" on anyone. I was at that place for over an hour and a half before I actually got my food, I left at 6:45pm. Please tell me how calm you would be at that point? I will never go back to that location, I literally never ever, ever go to taco bell so I probably never will agian honestly. Your window is down, and the air feels warm against your fingers as you delight in the thought of fulfilling your craving. As if time surrendered to your desires, you've reached your destination faster than you ever have before. The winding path takes you to a glowing diplay. Every delicious image played in your mind is now physically present before your eyes.

You are holding exact change. You have been since you looked at your cat. Another warm feeling propagates through you, as you are reassured you were meant to be here. You always were.
You greet the most lovely person through the window. This person's eyes are as bright as yours. The transaction is flawless, and you are visibly grinning as you set your food on your empty passenger seat. As you pull away, you roll up the window and let the aromas diffuse throughout your vehicle.
"My sauce! I forgot to ask for sauce!" Fear not friend: your Taco Bell Ambassador behind the window anticipated your needs before you knew you had them. 1, 2, 6 sauces tonight. You will enjoy some with other meals now too.
The fog lifts as your vehicle carries you home. You are a champion. You have been to Taco Bell.

Read moreLiterally only gave a star because I have to, if you can AVOID this place please do so. The customer service sucks, the way they handle customers and the orders suck. I had $42 stolen from me and requested a refund which was Saturday July 22nd. They told me come back Sunday once the manager was in, I kept calling to see if the manager was in and I got no answer so I called another Taco Bell to see if it was the correct number they called as well no answer. I go into this location to talk to the manager and the only thing she can focus on is me calling another Taco Bell the GM Terri has the most nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Terri stated I should’ve called their area manager, I told her I don’t work for Taco Bell so I wouldn’t have the area manager contact information. She stated I should’ve never went to another Taco Bell and due to that I need to wait on the area manager to call me to process the refund it’s now Thursday and I still haven’t received a phone call. I called Wednesday and told a young lady that answered the phone my name and stated I needed to speak to a manager she yelled into the phone and said “Alex the refund lady is on the phone” I have never been so disrespected like they have disrespected me. I know for a fact if I was to go up there and cause problems due to the constant disrespect and my money being taking when I gave them back the food I would be the one sitting in jail. These type of people don’t deserve to work in fast food they have nasty attitudes I seen the fat chubby Hispanic manager snort a line literally through drive thru his eyes were red and he looked like a dear in headlights, the reason why I requested a refund, the black gentlemen smelled of weed. The area manager is no better considering she has not even attempt to call me to figure out the issue when several Taco Bell’s have reached out to her and she still hasn’t returned their phone calls nor mine. You can tell they do whatever they like at this Taco Bell. I called corporate and the health department they definitely will be fired and closed down by next week. I don’t feel bad at all....
