Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Green

If I could rate this store/company negatively, I would.

We called the number with a local area code. It sends our order to a call center. I placed my order, confirming the store address they're sending it to.

Show up at the store and they don't have the order. They said it went to a different store. They won't issue a refund-saying they can't and we need to call the call center.

I call the call center and they say to call the store. Call the store back and the manager says she has never issued a refund and we have to call the call center.

Called both on speaker and they argues back and forth. We were told to call yet another number. That guy told myself and the manager he doesn't handle refunds and was not helpful at all.

The store manager said she could not offer us store credit because she didn't have record of our order. This is just purely terrible customer service on everyone's part.

The manager did offer to make the order, but this was an hour later and we'd already acquired food elsewhere. She expressed anger about the situation, but we are still out $54.00.

had a great experience here! the portion for the regular is great for the price (compared to say a similar restaurant like bibibop, where it's yummy but we always leave hungry). they got all of the customizations correct for my family and i's orders, including putting the sauce on the side so that we could put less than a normal order on. they have a craaaazzyy amount of sodium in their sauces, which bumps many of their bowls to over 2000mg salt per serving. kinda makes me incredulous to see all the people on here complaining about "not enough sauce".... would NOT want to see their blood pressure readings MAJOR yiiiikes. would love to see more low-sodium options in the future, but i know this is the standard with fast casual unfortunately... :/ the employee who helped us was super kind and polite as well! did not catch their name, but they did have some very cool...

What a great business but I originally encountered this restaurant in Reynoldsburg Ohio the people there are amazing and apparently love their job they are what every business owner wants in an employee miss going there anyway— the way the food is there compared to here in green no comparison I think though the reason for that is they changed ingredients I got buffalo chicken Mac and it’s completely different here still good and taking nothing away from the staff there it was the same welcoming happy people with great attitudes and just good people ( first time there) beautifully good people so from store to store the ingredients are different I guess but anyway an incredible restaurant/ business that I’m finally happy to find it’s in my area and will recommend and frequent OFTEN !!!!!! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this...
