Horrible Monday bar service with attitude at the Massillon Road location in Green, Ohio! The stocky, short-haired brunette who had informed us that she had worked for the business for over a decade-was rude! We were at the bar and she served us our first drink. After finishing our drink, we asked her for a second drink-3... separate... times!! In that 20 minute time span, we were ignored every time as she walked past us! She did not say, "Hold on please, i'll be with you in a second," OR ANYTHING!! We said to the man seated next to us, that she was was rude for ignoring us, he agreed. At that point, this is when she miraculously acknowledged us!? UH, OH! Now she heard us and she was angry! WHAT!!??? After a comment to a fellow patron, because of her horrible service!? She then proceeded to reprimand us for the comments we made! She knew she was wrong and yet still wagged her finger at us!?...

The bestest bar.. with the best tenders 😊 I'm kinda sorta a regular? But theres no other pub I'd rather go to. The food, the atmosphere, everything.. it's my go to after a long day 😊 love it at brubakers!

Update 3 years after original review.. This pub is still such an amazing place! Been coming here for about 7 years now and every time I come here I'm just amazed at how much it feels like home in a way. I'm always welcome, everyone is always so nice. Love all the bartenders and all the other regulars. I wish I could convey how awesome the bartenders are 💯🍻 every last...
