Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Greenacres

I guess the novelty of being the new kid on the block has fallen off. This location at opening was the model for efficiency, even among other CFA locations. But they’ve since closed the dedicated “mobile thru” lane pushing every one to a single line. Today, once reaching the window, I was the hold up in the line while I waited 15min for a 12ct grilled nuggs. Surprised they didnt ask me to pull forward to wait. It seems the enthusiasm has even dwindled among staff. “My pleasure” was previously never said half heartedly. In the first few months, I could go here having a bad day and be reminded that life is grand, unfortunately now a thing of the past. The staff was the best part and it reflected in the food as well as their service. Now with low morale, it also reflects in the food and their service. Fingers crossed they are able to bring it back.

Edit. ** Spoke too soon, they gave me honey instead of honey roasted BBQ and gave me one that was nicked by the box cutter so it was cut open and inside my entire bag was covered with sticky messy honey. Too far to turn around, I’ll grab lunch...

The food was good, however, the service was horrible. I experienced two wrong orders in 7 days. The first time, I ordered a 12-piece nuggets meal along with two other meals. I received an 8-piece. When I called the number on the bag, it was corporate and they took 15 minutes of my time and never called or emailed me back with any resolution. The next time I went to the restaurant, I spoke with a gentleman manager and he was very polite and helpful and corrected the mistake. Almost a week later, I returned for 3 more meals and did not receive my fries. I went back to the restaurant and spoke with a manager, she was not as warm and concerned as the male manager but was able to fix the issue. Nonetheless, I will check my complete order before leaving this location. I hope that corporate can bring this location up to the standards we all expect from this great restaurant chain, it would be sad to have to deal with this type of service every time I come to this location considering I just moved...

Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A, I leave with not just amazing food—but a smile on my face, too. The service is always top-tier, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. But I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Alaysha—she’s truly a gem!

Alysha brings so much light and kindness to every interaction. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every customer with care and respect. Her energy is uplifting and her professionalism is unmatched. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!
