Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greenacres

I went here a couple of weeks ago. I had my granddaughter with me, and she was sleeping. So i ordered online. I dont have a credit card, so i wanted to pay cash, which they have that option, where as other fast food restaurants dont. I placed the order and called the restaurant, explained to the man why I couldn't or didnt want to come to come in, and asked him if he would mine bringing it out with change for a $20. He was kind enough to do this. I didn't get his name. But the food was hot and tasted great. He was very kind to do this, even though im sure he wasn't supposed to, and i hope he doesn't get in trouble, but it was curbside. My granddaughter started crying right as he was bringing the food, so focusing on her, i forgot to leave him a tip. I went back a couple of days ago and requested the same thing to have it brought out to me with the change for $20, but was gonna give him the tip for both times for being nice. Baby is 6 months old. It's just hard to take her out of the car seat just to run in for 2 minutes, and i dont want to turn the vehicle off to run in for 2 minutes and leave her in there. This trip. I parked and got a call from a woman employee and asked me if she understood what i was asking her to do. I explained it to her, and she said she would call me when it was ready and she would have the change ready for me. So i still had to go in even though i was parked in front of the door. So im guessing they are not supposed to do this, but if they have curbside service anyway, so whats the problem? Food was made right, women was polite but wouldn't bring food to me. So i guess curbside means you still have to go in if paying cash even though it says curbside. So i guess im not going there again. I understand it isn't their problem if i have a sleeping baby, but they have curbside service. Its 5-10 steps to where you park, not like some other places and dont accept cash for curbside. I go there because of the crust of the pizza. No other company does Pan Pizza like them in my opinion. I will just go to Nola's Pizza down the street from now on. Tgey are more expensive, but They will do it. There Pizza is great, aswome if you like New York style. Great people work there food is...

I would give this place 5* as the pizza is tasty but I have an issue with their delivery driver from yesterday. I put special instructions for them to pass thru the garage door since I'm having painting done near the front door and living room area. The delivery guy comes and walks past the garage and straight to the front door. My painter tells me the pizza guy is here, I went to the garage and see his car but then realizes that he didn't read my instructions. I waddle slowly to the front area where my painter now has to move his ladder, mess cloth, buckets of paint and struggle around those things just for me to open the front door.....did I mention I'm 35wks pregnant? I told the guy he didn't read the delivery slip because we would have avoided all this. He didn't speak English very well and just said Oh, I'm sorry and handed me the soda. I showed him that we were painting etc but then he starts talking to my painter's assistant in Spanish. I was furious at that point so I paid him, took my pizzas and went inside. About 20 mins later he has the audacity to call MY phone to talk to the painter's assistant! What the hell was up with that??? He had no right to do that and I'd like to know what his superiors think of...

I would not recommend this location. Earlier today around 1pm I called to place a pickup order. The lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful. I asked her politely if I can order small cheese pizza and her response was “this is Pizza Hut, is it for delivery or pickup” so I replied again asking politely for a cheese pizza. She responded the same way like the first time. “this is Pizza Hut, is it for delivery or pickup” i possibly thought she didn’t hear me so I repeated myself again and she gave me the same response “this is Pizza Hut is it for delivery or pickup” I apologize if I was supposed to say delivery or pickup first… As for myself who has been working in the food industry for 5 years I could tell her intentions weren’t nice, nor was her responses nice because she had so much attitude. I have not once wrote a review, but the rudeness was unsettling. Unfortunately I know this isn’t going to do anything or have any punishment on the person who I talked to on the phone but I’ll save other people the frustration from...
