Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Greenbelt

This store ruined my daughters birthday and I will never spend my money here again. I have actually been a loyal customer at this specific location for years, unfortunately my business has been lost for good. The customer service was gone down over the years and I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I placed an order for my daughters birthday, I ordered a unicorn cake on a Sunday with an expected pick up of Tuesday. Well I get there on Tuesday to pick up the cake, and to my surprise the order isn't ready...because the associate who took my order put it in for a pick up of Thursday! I was told to take another cake however the cake that I was given was a generic cake not the unicorn cake I ordered, I was in a bind because the store was closing in an hour and my daughter was expecting a cake for her birthday so I had to take what was offered. This store has done nothing to rectify this incident. The only thing that they have done is blame me as if I don't know my own child's birthday. This mistake was completely on them, the receipt I was given has the proper date. The associates will not even give me the managers name. The associate should have done her due diligence and properly read the ticket. This is unacceptable and not how you keep customers. There are other ice cream shops in the area such as Carvel, Hershey even the local Giant has better service then what...

I can't really write the food because I didn't get any. I was standing there in line along with some other African American people some Hispanic lady came in and maybe it wasn't intentional because the place was so disorganized but she cut in front of us and the cashiers didn't stop her. Again maybe it wasn't intentional but they need to have it organized so they know who's in line who's been standing there everyone was just walking in standing wherever and I guess because he spoke Spanish they took her order first very rude I will never go there again All the black people I was standing with for skipped over. They didn't have any sort of a line everyone was just standing...

Once again- another place that I had not stepped foot in since the Great Shutdown on 2020. I was craving a cone of my daughter's favorite flavor--Jamoca Almond Fudge. (Side Note: she is away in college and this was a great way to think about her today.). The shop is small, but clean and the service was top notch. Astrid helped me remember the name of the flavor I was searching for and served me a delicious sugar cone of my flavor with a smile. I definitely recommend visiting this location in Greenbelt, MD. Thank you, Astrid, for the excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. I cannot wait to come back...
