I placed my order at 6:40 pm it said my order would be ready at 7:00 pm. I got dressed and headed to my local chipotle on the way to date night with my girlfriend. I arrived at 7:22 pm and my order was not ready, no one had even begun to process my online order and when I questioned the cashier "Katerin" she gave me a lot of necessary attitude and said " we are busy and don't have time for your online order" I was applaud at the audacity of this team member to be able to talk to a paying customer this way. I immediately asked to speak to a manager or any form or leadership only to be laughed at and told "he is on break" and sure enough the “manager” was in the lobby laying on the booth seating area lounging. He was not to be bothered and they pulled " Jesse " from the kitchen area, Jesse solution was to offer me free food and extra meat while that was nice of him. that fails to protect the company's assets and seems like the goto problem solver for this location (not the first time I’ve had issues here and have spoken to Elsa in the past) . I declined because I had already gotten "extra meat" that I paid for. The cashier then approached me minutes later and with the same condescending attitude told me they don't have any more hard shell tacos and offered to give me a large back of chips in its place. I am no mathematician but a $10 order of tacos (extra meat) does not equal to a large bag of chips in any universe. So not only was my food not ready by the promised time. nor was it ready a whopping 30 minutes after said promised time. but this location didn't have what I ordered to begin with. Not having hard shell tacos tells me there is a disconnect between the counter staff and the kitchen because we all know the hard shell tacos are made in house, a complete waste of MY time. I requested a refund and had to wait for the "manager' to finish his break in order to get my money back. I left frustrated and had to drive 20 min (construction and traffic) to the new Carrolton Chipotle where the experience was completely different not only was my order ready by the time I had arrived but the atmosphere was very jubilant and the team members where smiling and inviting. In the end NOT ONLY did chipotle cost me (1) hour of my life that I won’t ever be able to regain. (probably more if you factor in the time it took to write this on my cell phone) but… I had to deal with a hungry, upset girlfriend who I stood up because of Chipotle. So I would like to be contacted by Elsa Sandoval or Kevin Luckman in regards to this matter because this isn’t what...
Read moreWent and got a chicken bowl today for dinner and I asked for extra rice and beans so my bowl was a little full. I go over to the second lady and ask for extra lettuce and she completely ignores my request and ask if my bowl is extra chicken. Obviously I answer no since she was right next to the girl who made the bowl but she rudely ignores my response and asks the original girl who confirms that the bowl isnt double chicken. Essentially she accused me of lying for no reason...I get that portion control is important for business but shadely accusing customers of lying and not even apologizing for it is terrible customer service which is sort of on brand for this chipotle since everytime I come here atleast one worker is always rude/condescending to the point where i had to leave a review. The first girl and the guy at the register were nice but overall this store needs to train ALL of their employees on how to be respectful while also offering fast, effecient, and accurate service. Seems like the girl was completely lost and more preoccupied pressing me for chicken than actually making my bowl correctly as she scooped up the wrong salsa as well... food was decent though cant...
Read moreNot supposed to be dine in but they let their employees eat inside with no mask on. I understand people have to eat and they can’t do it with a mask but there were 3 open tables outside they could’ve say at instead of eating in on of the booths right next to the online order pick up stand. A couple times one of them even got up from the table and walked to the back of the kitchen with their mask down, talking and walking past several customers. They also let an older couple sit down and eat their food inside, no masks, at one of the tables that specifically says no indoor eating. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue if I could’ve just grabbed my food and gone but I had to wait 20 minutes for food that our online order told us was already ready. Then once we got the order it was completely wrong but we didn’t notice till we got home because we wanted to get away from all the mask less people on both sides of the restaurant. We’ve come here dozens of times over the year and a handful of times during the pandemic with no major problems aside from orders being slightly messed up most of the time but this is blatantly ignoring safety regulations set in place to...
