Don’t go to this shop! Every single time I go to get a pedicure they would cut me. This is sad cause terry is amazing at nails, but the women are more interested in talking about customers then paying attention to what they are doing. I was in a hurry and needed a pedicure and my nails done prior to girls weekend trip, so I I thought I would try again. I called ahead and requested terry or long (who’s no longer there). When I got there Terry instructed me to go back to the pedicure bowl, and then next thing I know a lady was sitting down. I thought OK Let’s give it one more try and I allowed her to start. She cut me so bad by using the Dremel tool to take my nail polish off my toes, that I ended up bleeding all over the place, and ended up going to get stitches in my toe. On top of this, she and five other ladies gathered around me and started talking in their foreign language about me. When I said this made me uncomfortable they said that I caused her to do it. This place is terrible! I ended up having ugly toes for my girls weekend, on top of a large medical bill for stitches for my toe. Here we are a couple weeks later and my toe still hurts! Avoid this...

I have had 2 good experiences here. However, I am now very disappointed. I asked for shellac nails (what I usually get). After 4 days, 3 nails were completely ruined. During the process, the nail tech kept messing up, and using her own nail to scrape the sides of mine and clean it up. I waited 30 minutes to be seated, and the process took forever because she kept messing up. So you can imagine, I was pretty upset that only a few days later, my “shellac” was peeling off. I called and let them know and they said since it hasn’t been a week they would fix for free. Now, 3 days after getting them fixed, the nails they fixed are gone, again. I don’t do anything with my hands that would cause this and when I get shellac it usually lasts 3 weeks for me. Very disappointed. Also, after they fixed my nails, they just walked away. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to tell me what to do next because I had no idea they were done. Eventually I got up and they said bye! And that was all🤷🏻‍♀️ you would think it would be polite to just say “we’re done” or anything of the sort instead of walking away...

Not a place I will be returning. Had to go home and repaint nails. Asked for a regular manicure and a polish change. 6 hours later the paint was still wet. Also, the man doing my daughters nails had the phone to his ear 1/2 the time and was not paying attention. He was going to cut the cuticles of a 10 year old. That is a no no! I had to tell him to stop. He was also going to use a machine to buff her nail plate? Why? She was just getting a regular manicure? I had to stop him from doing that too. I think they only know how to do artificial nail application. Don't go here for a natural manicure. I called to get a refund and owner got very upset and told me he would have to review his cameras. What? I sent him video and pictures and he wouldn't respond. Thank goodness I used a credit card as the credit card company was able to start a claim and the charges...
