I order my food online, so I am very specific (and allergic to onions). Three times in a row now, my order has been wrong. The first time, I ordered a large whopper w/ cheese meal, (-) pickles & onions... and got a regular whopper (no cheese, w/ pickles & onions) instead, so I just threw it away, but didn't complain.
The second time, I ordered the same whopper w/ cheese, (-) pickles & onions... and again received a regular whopper instead. Unfortunately, I took a bite of the whopper before I checked. Even though I immediately spit the food out, my tongue was still burning for the rest of the night due to the onions being on it... and immediately called Burger King. Since I was already home, the manager put my name in their book to get a remake the next time I came out (which was made correctly that time)!
This time ( the third time I ordered), I ordered the large brisket whopper meal w/ two cheese (one extra), (-) pickles & onions... they finally got the no pickles and onions correct, but it had only one cheese and NO brisket on it at all! Thankfully, I actually checked my before I left Burger King, so I made them remake the brisket whopper right then. While waiting, I also talked to them about really needing to pay attention to detail on the orders... because if they're getting MY orders consistently wrong, I'm sure they are getting other special orders wrong also!
I hope the managers are addressing this major issue with the cooks, because getting my order wrong three times in a row is totally unacceptable (getting it wrong even once is bad)! I also hope this gets addressed at the corporate level, as this isn't the only Burer King I've had issues with... it just happens to be the worst offender of not paying attention!
Sincerely,

Read moreWent there this am around 10:20 am. I ordered my meal .the waitress told me that she had to make coffee before I could get mine. I went and sat down and ate my two croissants and my hashbrowns and waited on my coffee. The waitress kept motioning that she was bringing it while waiting on other customers. I finished my meal and had to leave and I went to the counter and asked for a cup so I could get water as the waitress sat the coffee on counter. Another employee spoke up rudley and said didn't she tell you she had to make coffee when you ordered .I said yes but I'm done eating. She said it takes 7 minutes to make it. I sat at my table more than 7 minutes eating my food. I told her to forget it and left the coffee on the counter and starting walking out when another employee said do u want a cup of water. I said no and left. I had no problem with the lady that took my order. She was nice. But the lady with the mouth has no business working in food service. Shame on you! I work in a restaurant and my customers are never treated in this manner. I just asked for a cup to get some water .I didn't care about the coffee even though I did pay for it. I was on my way to an appointment and I can't drink hot coffee while driving. All I asked for was a cup. People like this make businesses look bad. And that is why you lose customers. I hope your manager sees this lady! Your attitude stinks! You should have had coffee made before I ordered anyway. Customers shouldn't have to wait on it no matter what time of...
Read moreSometimes they are out of specific foods and the cashier dosen't know until after you pay. Other than that employees are polite and restaurant is clean. Edit: ordered through mobile app today a burger meal and an extra side. Checked in at outdoor drive through speaker and was told to come to window. After waiting in line for my turn the employee notifies me that they are out of the specific bread for the sandwich, so I asked for a regular bun instead. She went to get approval and couldn't find out if I could get a regular bun took a minute and the assistant manager comes up with attitude. He tells me annoyingly that he could but they are also out of other items that go in the sandwich. Ok fine, ill take a refund. They both said I need to do it in the app. Well the app doesn't have that option. They were quick to tell me it isn't their problem and I'd have to figure it out myself. Only giving 1 star because i cannot give ZERO. Employees adopt the philosophy set by the management/company and you can clearly see who sets the examples at this location. Someone from Pals needs to come down and school management on how to run a customer driven business. On a second note Burger King needs to drastically change their app to allow the stores to remove items from the app menu that is out of stock and also request the refund without jumping through hoops to get your hard earned money back. Take a note from dunkin donuts and tacobell. They...
